Great net!!
This is a very good net, even at the lower price. Used it 3 trips and never got a hook caught in it. Has a built in measurement on the handle. Did not use it. Very easy to fold and has a nice bag for storage. Handle extends to a good reach, but I could use a bit longer one for crappie according to my friend.Only down side is, it does not float for long. It will float then slowly sink so make sure you can grab it or have a small rope on it just incase it falls over. We lost mine on trip 3 and could not get back to it in the wind quick enough to grab it.

Awesome net
Strong, big, durable, folds down well, perfect for my son. He caught fish at the beach with it and loves it

Great for the price, but don't buy for the bag
This net is wonderful for the price. Let me get the negatives out of the way first. The bag that it comes in is cheaply made, doesn't slide on and off easily, and is a bit of a pain to use. I might eventually use it sometime when the net inside it is completely dry and I'm traveling somewhere and the net has to be packed in with other non-fishy stuff. Otherwise, I won't. I can't say that I really care about this, though, as I didn't buy it for the bag. The net was shipped in a massive flat box that was many times larger than the net and there was nothing else in the box. The net clearly bounced around in the box on its way to me, but once it was dusted off there was no damage to it at all due to its very solid construction (more on that later). I also didn't really mind this. Now, for the negative that I did mind. There were some machining marks on the metal hinge mechanism that made folding and unfolding the hoop not quite smooth. It still worked, but took more effort than it should have. These were easy enough to detect and fix with a quick smoothing with a file. I also added a bit of marine grease to make it even smoother while I was fixing this, and now it folds and unfolds really easily and smoothly. Now that I've covered the negatives, let me cover the positives. This net is GREAT, especially for the price. It is very strong, even with the handle fully extended. I generally only extend it enough to get the handle slid all the way out of the hoop since I'm usually fishing on my kayak. Even so, I extended the other section and played around with picking up various heavy items in my garage to amuse myself since it was built so well. I hope I get a chance later this year to lift a big salmon out of the rivers when we're banking fishing. I have no doubt that it will handle it well. It also packs up very small for its full size without compromising hoop strength or being too narrow at one end like most collapsible nets. I used it yesterday out on the kayak fishing and netting well over 20 fish (it was a good day) and it worked great for every one of them.If not for those machining marks that I had to clean up to make it perfect, I would have rated the net five stars for sure. Many people may not have cared about that, but I'm an engineer and always want my gear to work as well as it possibly can. At this price point, there's nothing else on the market that can compare to the quality and value of this net. I know of at least one more of these that has been purchased due to seeing mine. I expect that there will be many more. :)

Net is great, bag not so much.
The net itself seems like good quality and folds to about as compact as can be for the size. Rubber netting is great so no more snagged hooks. I haven’t used it yet, but do t forsee any issues. The carry bag it comes with seems like it will not be durable. It is thin and could rip easily if snagged. The zipper seems poor quality and with as tight as the net fits in the bag, I could see the zipper separating easily. Overall, it’s a good deal and I’m still giving 5 stars because I probably won’t use the bag anyway.

Compact and easy to carry.
Nice design and feels like it will be a regular part of my gear for years. It was undersized for adult Chinook salmon so a size larger would be recommended for kings if you're planning to target them. Bass and walleye are perfect for this model.

Worth it. Take care of our fish.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this net for 50 bucks and it came with a carry case. Ive used it and have some pros and cons. Its a great net and i think its worth the price. Also if your a carp or cat fisherman get one if you can afford it, its not good to take a top predator like a trophy cat out of the ecosystem. So pros for this net would be its easy to get a hook out of it without destroying the net. Its long and can handle a good bit of weight and its got the rubber coating to protect the fish and their slime barrier. It dries out quick and comes with a carry case and it also has a ruler on the handle for easy measuring. Its great. Some cons would be the extension handle on mine just keeps spinning and doesnt lock in place. Its not a big problem but over time i dont know how the extension will hold up. Its really easy to open but it will pinch you if you dont watch your finger. And i wish the bag had a zipper and opened all the way down it. This would make it easier to dry out and easier to put back in but again this really isnt a problem for me. Thats it. I dont have any reason not to give this five stars besides my knit picking. I love it and im glad ive got to use it before old man winter gets here. Cant wait for the spring so i can use this every day. Seriously love it and if your thinking you need one this net is awesome for the price. Now i can safely handle the fish and not feel guilty when i drop one or the leader breaks off in its mouth when i try to wrangle it in. Its made my life way easier and i stay dry. It also gives my wife something to do when i catch a fish she is the official "net guy" now!

Excellent
Great fishing landing net, arguably the best I have owned over the years. Compact, sturdy, good for medium/large size fish.

Schnell trocken
Hallo,Sehr stabil und lässt sich wirklich schnell zusammenklappen aber das beste ist er durch das gummibeschichtete Netz Ruck zuck trocken ist und die angeltasche im inneren trocken lässt wirklich zu empfehlen.

Very good landing net.
Light in weight and good construction but as is the case for any landing net I wouldn't rely on it fully extended (although it probably would be okay). The net itself is rubberised. It is no bother to clean and it dries well. Fish don't seem to like it, but hey, you can't please everyone! Seriously though, it doesn't do them any harm.

Looks great, bigger than advertised. 19x20 pvc is 19x23
Very happy with this net. Looks reasonably sturdy for a folding net. Has all features of more expensive options. Only reason it's not five stars is because dimensions aren't accurate. I bought the 19x20 PVC net. It is actually more like 19x23, so longer hoop. That being said, I'm happy that it is bigger. I was worried it would be a bit small for big pike and musky. Just keep that in mind if you need a very specific size.In terms of sturdiness, it is a folding/telescopic net. Don't expect the same strength as a one piece net. Some reviews here say the handle pops out. It might if you are not careful, but treat it well and you should be fine. Don't pull the handle all the way out (especially the 2nd extension) and make sure it is well secured before landing a fish.I fish from a canoe and needed something compact yet capable of landing big fish. I think I made the right choice with this net.

Too weak for anything over 10 lbs.
Caught a 15 lb Channel Catfish. Lifted from the fully extended part and the bar bent about 30 degrees. Had to use my knee to bend it back and now it closes funny. The extension bar is too thin of material, too weak for anything over 10 lbs. I would suggest one hand on the upper handle area for lifting anything. This is my first use of this and already my trust is waning.
