Carnival Party
These were perfect for our classroom carnival party. The kids loved picking out their headband and wearing it. Really elevated the theme for them.

Poor quality!!
Ordered these for my sons birthday party. Opened them up today and noticed major inconsistencies. Here’s what one tiger looks like then another was cut off. The bands were broken and wouldn’t stay in place. Very disappointed!
