Bitter taste!!
Taste is bit bitter, which means the hull is not completely removed, hope they fix this as the price is expensive and still not getting expected quality.

Prefect and delicious
Sometime back, I had Hummus-Pita in a restaurant and became a huge fan of the dish. Thought of ordering hummus online but couldn't find it. So, I decided to make it at home but one of the ingredients was tahini, which is made from sesame seeds and a little difficult to make at home. Ordered this paste and made the perfect hummus! The tahini sauce was very smooth and thick.Also saw other recipes of Tahini such as boiled vegetables and dips. Will definitely try these.
