Just what the Doctor ordered!
Excellent attachment for my latPulldown. Well built and targets lat muscle better than the traditional pulldown bar. Grip angle allows you to load more weight and not worry about your hands slipping. I highly recommend these attachments.Excellent quality at an Excellent price!

Solid
Overall, the attachments seem solid and built to last. All the grips are comfortable and have held up well over the past month. I dont see a need to spend more for other brands, these work well. Only con is that I wish the opening was wider for attaching to the cable. If you are in the market for these attachments, I would recommend.

Its pretty good.
So I just purchased and set this rack up. Whennit was delivered , the package was beat up a little, for the most part everything looked to be in order, the main issue was that there was a few spots where the paint was scratched off and a couple of dings here and there, not sure if it was due to the parcel handlers or what. It is a solid piece and the set up was pretty simple. It was easy to set up. The height of the pull up bar was good, im 5'5 and hanging on it my toes were barely scraping the floor, ao them taller people will have to bend their legs. The width was good enough for me to get a good grip for bench press. The jay hooks dont come with that plastic liner, and im not really a fan of the safety rope, you need to remove the screws in order to adjust its height. (Not a big deal) overall it seems like a solid rack. I wish the paint didnt get scratched off of it.I have been using it for about a couple years, one thing to remember it is not made up of heavy material and the bars are thinner than a commercial squat rack, so it does wobble a little when doing pullups (I weigh 175lbs). So far had it up to about 350 with the barbell and no issues with the jhooks or the rack. For 200 dollars this is a nice little compact squat rack that is great for small spaces, and it does get the job done.

Cage is great; Lat pulldown less so
Short version: The cage is awesome and well worth the money. The lat pulldown...is less so.Longer version:The cage feels very sturdy and is pretty straightforward to assemble. The pull-up handles are nice and high and everything about it feels as you'd hope for an economy home gym. Highly recommend. I did have the problem with some of the holes being machined wrong (see picture), but that doesn't really matter for the cage itself, but for the lat pulldown attachment. But that's a whole other mess. The lat pulldown glides as smoothly as an octagonal wheel. Each rep has to be followed by a pause to let the slide descend, and more reps than not seem to need to pull it down manually (for moderate-to-heavy weights, it isn't quite so bad but it's still noticeable). The above-mentioned wrongly-machined holes aren't a dealbreaker for buying and using the pulldown, but it does complicate things.Look, at the end of the day, if you're buying a $100 lat pulldown, you know not to expect a gym quality movement but this is pushing the limits of functional. But it does function adequately and with some lubricant or something, maybe it will work a bit better.

Great Pulldown Bars
I've been using these pulldown bars for about 4 months now and they're great! They don't fatigue your forearms when using heavy weight and give you plenty of options for different grips/widths. Don't put a lot of stress on joints or wrists either. I recommend trying these pulldown bars, very sturdy and solid.
