Lamps look like the photos on the website. Since their orientation is side-to-side, they don’t take up much space on a table (or in my case, on a nightstand). Like the white shade which provides good light. Thought the price was very reasonable for the pair.

Not sure if these lamps were glitzy enough for what I wanted but they exceeded my expectations. They are large and beautifully made. They add so much drama to my room......I'd buy them again in a heartbeat!

These lamps are beautiful. They are just right for our guest room, which was just redecorated. All accents are gray or silver, and the lamps look perfect with the colors I chose. I like the slim body design because it takes up less space on the nightstand. The height is just right and casts enough light for bedtime reading. Look more expensive than they are. Packaging was sturdy, lamps arrived in excellent shape. Recommend.

I’m pretty happy with these lamps. They are the exact size and shape I needed (it’s amazingly difficult to find lamps with rectangular or oblong shades). The finish goes perfectly with the furniture they’ve been placed on. Not a terrible price for a relatively good quality product.My one grievance is a quality control issue and subsequent difficult return process. I ordered two pair of these lamps, and had to return one set because the glass finish was dramatically different between the two lamps. One was extremely transparent, while the other was nearly opaque, so it was very noticeable. While I do understand that mercury glass is inconsistent, it seems obvious that the manufacturer should be aware of it too, and ought to have QC measures in place to ensure that any two lamps going into a box together will actually have comparable finishes. Then, the return was not easy — while they did refund my money, they won’t schedule a free UPS pickup like Amazon does, despite having sold a defective product. That means, if you get a bad set like I did, you’ll be stuck driving it to a shipping location or paying for the ‘favor’ of a pickup. Inconvenient, at best, and a huge problem if you are housebound or don’t have a car.

Lamps are well made and classy while not taking up a lot of real estate on daughter’s nightstands! Best viewed directly and not on an angle!
