Perfect fit
Fit my 2020 Rav4 perfectly. I’m a 32 year old female and I was able to watch a YouTube video and install the racks myself. Great value and easy to install!

Happy with these
Very happy with these. I bought a set made by another brand that had plastic keys and cheap gaskets. Glad I sent those back and got these instead. The gaskets fit nicely and everything else lined up as expected. I would give 5 stars if only the stems on the caps snapped into the holes on the crossbar ends a little easier. They do snap in but it took several tries on each cap. I was a little worried one might break but they never did.INSTALL TIP: I've seen complaints in reviews about how it's difficult to tighten the crossbar ends from underneath once length is determined. Here's how to make that step very simple.... Tighten one crossbar end completely. Tighten the other side mostly (both screws) but leave just a little room to wiggle the end to adjust for length. Set the bar with both ends on, onto to roof rails into position. Get a strip of painters tape or something like that (see picture). When length is determined, place the tape on the crossbar where it meets the cap. Pull the whole thing back off. Tighten ONE screw on the loose end and place again to make sure the length is correct. Adjust tape if needed and repeat until both screws can be tightened and finally complete the steps by boring down both crossbars and locking caps on. Make sure caps are unlocked while installing then lick them in.I'm happy with these and plan to keep them. Now to find a basket rack.

Works good
Fits good, I'm an idiot and didn't read the back page of directions that say how to adjust it.

I love this!
It can be difficult to determine if a product ordered online will be as it is described but you take the chance anyway. I am glad I did with this roof rack. Each rail is heavy but not so heavy you can't lift it. You can tell it isn't flimsy.I reviewed the printed directions and went for it. I used a yoga mat for the roof of my car in case the rail slid off (it didn't). The lock was a little tricky to figure out at first but now I've got it. The lock has a protective piece that slides out of the way when the key gets inserted. The clamps are made of metal and have what looks and feels like durable rubber to protect the roof side rails.Installation wasn't bad. I did it by myself. I found it a bit challenging to tighten the screws that determine the length of each rail, as the screws are under the rail itself. Once I figured out which way to turn the Allen wrench, it was easy.I haven't used it yet and am actually using a different car for my long trip but am happy I have them installed. Now I can buy a kayak or use my new cargo bag in the future.

Very solid, easy to install
My husband and I put these on my Rav4 this weekend. It was going to rain so we hoped it wouldn't take long and it didn't. It might seem like the bottom flap won't lower enough to fit under the racks, but it will. It's great that an Allen wrench is included for installation. We did need to get a smaller wrench to tighten up the sliding part of the cross bars, but this wasn't a major issue. I'll try to post pictures later to show the issue there. We haven't loaded anything on top of the bars yet but honestly I hope we never need to. We got them in case we have to evacuate for hurricanes. If needed, I'm confident they'll work well.
