Alessi Pear Infused White Balsamic Vinegar 8.5oz (Pack of 2)

A nice size and great product. Lots of dark Basalmics out there but hard to find a nice white one. Not overpoweringly pear but used with pears in the salad is a nice combo. Also a nice size for gifting and fitting on kitchen shelves.

This pear-infused vinegar is the BEST for using with high quality olive oil for an Oil and Vinegar dressing.

I bought this for my wife. She was very pleased because of the flavor.

Just enough sweetness to cut some of the acidity. Also white balsamic is a nice change, refreshing.

I really like flavored vinegar. This one is good quality. I use it a lot to dress up ramen. It adds a tart fruity flavor. I also add Chile oil and agave syrup. It really ups the quality of plain pkg ramen. Will buy again.

This vinegar has no harsh taste. the pear brings a touch of sweetness which makes it great for salad dressings and marinades.

This is a delicious, faintly sweet vinegar blend that works well on most salads as a substitute for vinaigrette or heavier dressings. Often it’s all I need on a lunch salad, and just a few drops does it. I’m usually dieting, and this is a major help.
