Very nice, functional suitcase
I saw this bag on a YouTubers channel when I was searching how to pack for London in a carry-on only. The bag is on the more expensive side but I'll tell you, it's well worth it.The inside has a lot of room so I'll be able to pack for 2 weeks.I love that it's top-opening rather than clam shell.I love the blue color and that it's a soft-side suitcase. It rolls effortlessly and the zippers are nice and smooth. It's not heavy at all, which is a plus for me to put it in the overhead bin. It's a very sturdy bag that will last a long time.If I were to design my own bag, this would be it. Everything about it will work for my trip.I'm glad I made the investment.

Great lightweight carry on
This bag is pretty minimal. If that's not your thing, move on... but if it is consider this bag. It has partial structure (not a duffle bag, the back is rigid), but the front and part of the sides are unstructured. That gives you flexibility in loading, and cramming it in the compartments on board. The roller wheels are the same as my other Brics bag, roll smoothly and the bag twirls easily. It's is not imbalanced and tippy (like my travel pro bag) It looks really sharp too. I got the ocean blue, which is a very dark navy - almost black.I like that the extending handle hides in a zip pouch, but it's not really necessary. There is no handle on the bottom (bummer) nor on the right side. Not a deal breaker, but not great. There are 4 little button "feet" on that side, for resting the bag on its side, I guess.Overall, a very stylish bag that is definitely gonna be ok as carry on - almost any airline. Just don't overstuff it! (You know who you are). I saw a review for this bag that said it was wonky to roll & I can't imagine why that person had that experience. These are pretty high quality Japanese wheels... used on multiple Brics bags. All of mine are super smooth - so much so, that's why I switched my soft side carry to Brics from the brand I was using. My hard side Brics made that bag feel clumbsy in comparison.

Wanted to try it
I ordered this medium sized bag for my husband’s birthday. It is lightweight and spacious. The weight of it is sturdy though. Wheels worked great.

Great Bag, Wheel Fell off - got sent a new wheel assembly
I like the fit and finish of this bag. It's able to stand on its own, and the Bric's X-BAG 18-Inch Cargo Duffle Bag fits on it very well, again able to stand on its own. Bought this for a recent trip to Italy and it was able to fit in the overhead bins no problem, but on the way back it lost a wheel. The bag still performed well after losing the wheel, but does not inspire confidence. I am not sure what the process is to fix the wheel and have reached out to Bric's. Will update if I am contacted back.EDIT: I received a wheel from customer service. Easy to fix.

It looks good but veers off when rolling.
This packed really well, held an lot, and is lightweight. But it drove us crazy by veering to the side - requiring extra effort to push, even through the airport where the floors are smooth. It looks terrific and matches other Brics bags we already owned. The price was quite reasonable - a very good value.

Light, practical and easy to use. The best luggage I’ve owned.

My favorite large size travel luggage!
Am very happy with this Brit’s luggage piece. Has plenty of room to fit so much in it. The wheels work smoothly and it’s easy to spot when retrieving it from the carousel.

Wobbly Handle and Instability
I can’t understand why this bag has so many good reviews. I found the handle to be too wobbly—felt like it would break off any minute. The wheels seem to pull to one direction. I use it to transport my meds, electronics, camera chargers/cords/SSDs, etc., and few items of clothing. Unless you pack it full with clothing, everything sinks to the bottom and it is difficult for a handbag to rest on top. It is not stable enough to transport lenses or expensive cameras. On the positive side, it is very lightweight and meets international carryon specs for Airlink in Southern Africa. I used it for 6 international flight segments over a two week period. I expect the wheels or handles to break off on the next long trip. Not worth the $200+ I spent on it, but could not find an alternative that met my size and weight criteria.
