Holy cow why did I wait to buy this
So first off. If you have a camper topper on your truck or a Jeep or anything in the back of your vehicle this hoist is awesome. I have used this multiple times to remove the top off of my jeep with ease. i thought that was the only thing that I was going to use it for but I was wrong. I have picked up my Quad with this to change the tires and to mount my plow. I have used this to move heavy items around my Garage. Pick something up and backed my trailer under the item and set it down. I love this hoist.I did have a bad experience when I first received my hoist it didnt work. So i got in contact with the company and had a new one at my door in less then 24 hours. The customer service was amazing.Second when I mounted this I used a 2x12 and Lag bolted the unit to the 2x12 and then lag bolted it to my rafters. It holds up so nicely and as I wouldnt try to lift my car with it if you had the right set up and supports i would buy the bigger one and use it that way.Overall I would give this a 10/10 for ease of use ,10/10 for installation, and a 10/10 for overall operation. theres even a dead man switch to stop you from going to high and crushing your own hoist.

Great product
I mounted this in my garage as a garage door opener. Works great. It had plenty of cable and lots of lift for the heavy door.

Heavy duty and works great
Heavy duty. Worked as advertised. Installation is straightforward. I installed in my garage to put up my rooftop tent.I think it pulled quite a lot of electricity because my lights on the other room flicker when I use it. Would recommend it and definitely makes my life a lot easier.

Great E bike lift!!!
I purchased the smallest one to use as a bike hoist. At $90 it made it a very expensive bike lift but damn I love this thing. My E bike was too heavy for my old lift and I’m too old and wore out to get on my hands and knees and work on my bike. Very quick and easy to lift the bike up and down with a harness I made. I help a lot of my friends work on their eat bikes and every time they see me use it they decide to buy one for their garage.I’ve also used it to put stuff in the back of my pick up.I sure wish I would’ve bought one of these a couple years ago.Yes the remote is big and hokey but that is probably why it was less than $90. The more I use it the less this bothers me because without ever looking at it it is quick and easy to reach up above my head and raise and lower the bikes while working on them.

Could not do without
Husband decided to reroof the entire house by himself in the hot tropical sin. I assisted with attaching the shingles 2 packs at time to hoist them up. This thing worked beautifully and saved our backs. There is no way we could've done this project without it. Those shingles are heavy AF!

220 pound rating wouldn't even lift 100 pounds
I needed the hoist to get two 100 pound batteries into my truck for recycling. The hoist stalled out trying to lift a single battery, and I had to half lift the batteries to get each one from the ground to the tailgate. On top of that, the control box developed a rattle, and when disassembled, disgorged a small, shiny pin. I have no idea where it came from, but it pretty much destroyed any confidence I might have had in this winch.
