I bought FEED GARDEN 6 Inch 200 Pack Galvanized Landscape Staples 11 Gauge Anti-Rust Garden Stake to anchor plastic cloches covering melon seedlings in the spring. Last spring, I didn't anchor the cloches, which blew off the seedlings several times. This year, I intend to anchor the cloches firmly into the planting beds. The FEED GARDEN 6 Inch 200 Pack Galvanized Landscape Staples 11 Gauge Anti-Rust Garden Stakes are very sturdy. While not the least expensive, I believe that the quality of manufacturing is more than worth the cost. I will be able to reuse these stakes for several years.

Generally speaking, these are heavy duty stakes and they worked perfectly for securing my weed fabric. There was about 5% that bent when going in - probably due to rocks, I am guessing. I can live with that small percentage of loss; I just hammered them in anyway - since the fabric was going to be covered with mulch, so not too big of a deal for a few bent ones. Overall, they appear to be quality made with sharp enough tips to go through heavy duty weed fabric with just a bit of a push.

I am redoing my front landscaping and this fabric has been easy to you. It does come in one long strip but, that made is easy to cut how I needed it cut. I actually ended up coming back and making another order.

Bought these to put down commercial grade plastic and a large area wonderful quality they don’t bend we live in a very rocky area they can poke through the commercial grade liner. They are long and deep and I know I won’t have to do this again well worth.
