First the messy part. The box is heavy and I honestly don't believe the manufacturer does enough with packaging this product to keep all of the pieces together and safe. I say this because when I received the first package there was Amazon tape all over one end of the package. When I took everything out of the box there were two things missing entirely... the Instructions and the Hardware.Looking at other reviews there was supposed to be a hardware pack - there wasn't. I went online to see if I could contact the manufacturer just to have them ship me these items but wasn't able to find out anything about them. I also attempted to look up the parts and sizes anywhere on the web, as I would have gone to a box store for the missing parts, but was unable to find them. So I contacted Amazon and they said they would have to send out a whole new package, including the frame, which I had all the pieces for already.A few days later another heavy package is delivered and the ends of the boxes are beat up, the tape is coming off, and I crossed my fingers before opening it up. Luckily the parts were there and I'm including photos of them here for anyone that into the same problem as me and don't mind hitting up a box store for the missing parts.The manufacturer needs to do a better job with the outer packaging and have additional hardware packages available for amazon customers without needing to have an entirely new package delivered. Now I have to schedule a pickup of the additional hardware so that Amazon doesn't double bill me.As to the bed itself, you can see from my photo above that there is 16 inches of clearance to put anything under the bed. As advertised, the TOTAL height of the frame is 18 inches.The frame is solid, the slats are metal and not cheap wood, and everything went together nicely (after I received the hardware lol).Better packaging and/or better customer service and I would give this purchase 5 stars.

Love this bed frame. I have a memory foam mattress that was originally on boxspings and I changed to this style bed frame. Spent quite a while looking through different ones till I found this one, I love the weight capacity it has. The height is wonderful as well, I can store my shoe baskets and even the dogs bed under it. I haven't had any noise come from the frame at all and it doesn't move around on the floor. I was worried that the mattress would "sag" between the metal support beams underneath but it has yet too do so and I feel like the mattress actually feels firmer on the frame than it's old one. It was very simple to put together. I did purchase mattress brackets that attach onto this frame to prevent the mattress from sliding anywhere though just to be safe.

I’ve ordered a metal frame before that I very much liked however I couldn’t find it in my purchase history so off in my search I went. I found this frame, checked reviews, added to my cart and now my daughter is knocked out on it for the last few hours since she returned from school. It arrived yesterday evening and assembled that night. It does come in a bunch of pieces yet super easy to put together. The frame was so sturdy and solid that my daughter overslept which she never does. I’d say this was a mommy win.

I purchased this product because it was inexpensive and would arrive quickly. The packaging was easy to open and all the parts and tools were included. I was able to put this bedroom together on my own and less than 20 minutes. As you can see in one of the photos some of the bars did not go into the notches in the initial build. Once the entire frame was together I simply used a mallet, you could have also used a boot or a small child (haha), to tap the bars into place no problem.

I ordered the full size bed frame with enough room under it for my storage tubs. It has easy visual instructions to put together and can be done in a few hours. It’s a workout though to really tighten all the connecting screws so it is that solid 3,000 lb rated bed frame. Got rid of old weak framing and put the mattress on it, like a completely new bed!

This 16 inch metal platform was well packaged and therefore transported great, although heavy (king size ordered). The parts were nicely organized and labeled, tools necessary for assembly are included. I put this together myself in about 15 minutes. It went together quick and easy and lined up fantastic! I wasn’t expecting the quality or sturdiness to be so great at this price point.I would suggest using a bed skirt between it and your mattress as this is metal and I don’t want my mattress to ever catch and rip on any of the metal pieces.I would buy this again or recommend it to others. Pretty pleased with it!

The set is fairly easy to build. Took around 20 mins or so. Placed this inside of my son's existing bed frame. The box spring sat a little higher on it than I was expecting? Thought his mattress might slide off, but all has been fine!

Nice sturdy steel frame. Easy to assemble. No box spring needed. There is assembly tools included., But I still used a wrench, which worked out well . It sits high enough where you can store things underneath. I would say it was a good buy.

Si no quieres que escuchen los vecinos como yo cuando le pones en verdad no se escucha nada ni se mueve obvio vivo en departamento, es fácil de instalar me encantó aparte la altura que tiene es un plus para otra posición del frutifantastico si pudiera le daría más estrellas lo recomiendo

Muy fácil de armar, llego completa, el espacio de almacenaje es superior 16 pulgadas, el colchón matrimonial aquí en México quedó perfecto!! Lo recomiendo.
