Updated review. The team contacted me via after my initial review to make things right. Their prompt response was remarkable. And they sent out a replacement binder within a matter of days. Definitely will be coming back for futute achool needs.The handle straps ripped after only being used for a month.

My two teenage girls like this, they can either fit in the backpack or just carry it alone with the shoulder strap. It has multiple pockets for their supplies plus the paper and dividers. I worried it wouldn’t be large enough for multiple subjects but they think they’re great.

I purchased this for my middle schooler - We exchanged the first one because the handle ripped off. I just submitted a return for the second one as the rings inside and the zippers broke. This product may work for an adult but definitely not for a buy child. Not sturdy or durable at all.

I bought it for my 10 yr old daughter to replace it for her backpack at school since it was to heavy to carry her binder and books... with this bag she can carry her books and binder is already in the bag so it is very cool and helpful. Is not as heavy as her backpack and she loves it!!!!

My daughter used this for only 2 months and handles ripped off of it. Would never pay for this brand again.

Got this for my daughter to use in Middle School, it can be carried by itself or stuffed in her backpack (and it fits!) It helps keep her organized, and is very durable.

After my original review posted, the company reached out and offered me a refund or replacement. My granddaughter wanted the replacement and it arrived quickly, so I appreciate that customer service.I’ll see how this new one holds up. After my initial comments about the handle breaking, I learned that the rings were becoming misaligned so that sharp edges were poking through the mesh pocket inside, tearing holes in it. And in my granddaughter’s group of 6 friends who had the same bag, 2 of them had a handle or strap break, so that’s a significant failure rate.All in all, the product is a good idea but seems to have some design/construction flaws. The customer service response was good once we connected. As a retired person, I had the time and tenacity to follow up with multiple emails and a lengthy online chat. It’s hard to imagine a busy working parent dealing with that.******************************************************************************************************************I bought this for my 6th grade granddaughter. After 2 months of typical use carrying it in school, the short handle pulled out of the seam. I contacted the manufacturer directly via Amazon website info. No response from manufacturer. I received an email from Amazon asking for feedback on manufacturer response. I replied that manufacturer didn’t respond. I then contacted Amazon customer service and had a lengthy chat. Although the person was polite, the only response was repeatedly telling me to contact the manufacturer. Because it was beyond the 30 day return window, Amazon could not help. I assumed they were interested given the email asking if the manufacturer solved the problem.A school bag should last more than 2 months and I expected Amazon to help with a product they shipped, especially because they aim for high customer service. While the defective product was the original problem,the lack of help was more unfortunate.

The media could not be loaded.  Nice and lightweight . I work in multi units with not always able to sign on for info quickly. This carries my main info in 3 ring ..transports files..phone ..planner ..calculator ..office keys and all my needs without being bulky. The only complaint...it only came in pink .. ick...but the style was so perfect I purchased it anyway...and. So glad I did ..oh and the cushioned shoulder strap and opt handles are great!!

This is an amazing binder with great carry straps and very generous “storage” compartments for all your business/organizational needs. This item was given as a gift who attends many medical appointments with various health professionals. Found it to be invaluable to keep everything needed organized and easily accessed. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

I thought it would have a bit of structure in the case to hold it solid/steady. Otherwise I think it is perfect.
