So Easy to setup... I have not received any kind of compensation for this review,I have stores and have installed several systems in the past but this one set up effortlessly. Everything connected nicely and all i did was follow the instructions sign up on the APP and connected BOOM my Iphone works great! cameras are good quality and excellent 1080P. Replay works great as well. What a PLEASENT SURPRISE AWESOME PRODUCT! Thank you.

Probably the worst product/experience ever. The installation manual poorly described the settings. Out of box the cameras wouldn't connect. Customer support was generic. Long wait times. Ultimately the hard drive failed. Seriously a epic fail. Beware.

I bought this system because of the price point and that it is wireless. I was truly unsure what to expect, but I have been wowed! The cameras are really easy to install and connect to the base without any effort and have excellent video quality. I did have an issue with the HDD that turned out to be an easy fix thanks to Yvette in Firstrend customer service. My experience with service has been first rate. I recommend with out a doubt.

This really was easy to set up. I plugged in my home internet and TV. I loaded the app in my phone. I plugged in the cameras and they autoconnected. I bought the best cameras. I only wish the quality that I can see on my phone were better. Next time, I might go for the wired cameras instead of wireless, and do the extra install work to get better quality.

Had this camera system up and running very quickly. Been using it for approximately 4 months now. Picture quality is very good!Navigation in the hard drive can be confusing at times but the free apps work very well. I’m able to see and operate the cameras from my phone remotely. I’m considering on buying this system again to double my coverage!

I usually do not complain, but i just hope to help someone else avoid wasting their money. Cameras are very unreliable, constantly drop signals, and they're placed no more than 30' from base. Several will not connect at all. No support. Can't call them, they do not respond to emails.

I've had them going for about two weeks and i really like them. Had a little issue getting them set the way I wanted them but, Tori with customer services was able to help out. turned out to be the operator, not the system. Night and Day pictures are great as you can see. I also like the face and human detection. My camera's are mounted between nine foot and 23 foot.
