PoE Works Great!
I use the PoE capabilities of this switch to power 3 Ubiquiti access points. Two of those access points need the higher power capabilities of PoE++, while the third access point only needs PoE+ power. The other ports are connected to equipment that does not need PoE. Everything runs fine!

Perfect for powering numerous high-end AP's
This switch is a perfect choice if you have multiple 802.3bt APs. It is much better than having to manage/mount individual injectors.

Randomly goes out for no reason.
Purchased Netgear MS108UP POE Switch from Amazon on April 27,2023. Unit went out on June 21, 2023. I had to try several times of plugging and unplugging switch before i could get it to come back on. When trying to use Amazon Chat for help information, the Chat popped up and said unit was no longer returnable due to past 30 days warranty. For a switch that cost over $300.00 to purchase you would think the warranty would have been longer. I think it would be best to stay away from purchasing any netgear electronic products from Amazon and find a local dealer who will stand behind a product for a longer period of time. A total waste of $300.00 plus dollars on a POE switch.

Works fine as PoE switch for my U6 Enterprise
Currently using this connect my Synology NAS, PC, and power my U6 Enterprise in a multi-gig network. No complaints except wishing I had a 5 / 10 gig version of this.

Top of the line, easy to set up.
I don't trust my network to knock-offs or unknown brands. This switch is exactly as advertised and works perfectly.

This is a power injector that identifies as a switch.
This is a power injector that identifies as a switch. It does switching stuff, but you are likely buying this for PoE++.
