PLB12MS 12mm 1/2" 12V LED Metal Signal Indicator Pilot Dash Light (Battery/Alternator Warning)

Not the cheapest but these are so cool and stealthy. The anodised aluninium finish should hold up well over time. Got a complete set for my converitble project car. Extra mounting length for thicker mounting panels helps. Also the pre-wiring is a nice robust gauge. Not those flimsy 32awg ones that others sell. They are quite bright so that will be great for the daytime. However i may need to install a resistor in-line or put them on a dimmer if I determine they are too bright at night time.

Wiring for an alternator showed adding one of these. Installed it and it’s nice to see it come on as it is supposed to. Who knew a small light like this could give such a sense of satisfaction that I had wired things up properly.

The media could not be loaded. Easy install, bright, and look very nice.

The bulb works and installed easily. One portion appears dimmer the the rest of the illuminated part though. I mounted it low on a console, so it doesn't make much difference regarding light distribution. Cannot comment on clarity in sunlight because of its low position in the vehicle.

Well made, good threads, the lip could be larger to give wiggle room on hole size. The wires are small gauge. Lights up bright.
