This is a really great bag if you're in the market for a briefcase-sized lunch bag. I was. I work two jobs, and wanted something I could use to carry two lunches in it. This is perfect for that. The outside pockets are great for carrying notebooks. The side drink holders are even large enough for my 32 oz. water bottle. I like that it has both the two shorter carrying straps as well as a shoulder strap. I've even used it a couple of times as a laptop bag when I have to bring the work laptop home.

I love that it has a lot of pockets on the outside. I hope the zipper holds out this time as I’ve bought one of these before. Time will tell. UPDATE.. This is the second bag I’ve purchased. I guess I was hoping that the zipper issue was just a fluke. I’m pretty ticked off that it didn’t last very long. The bag itself is good (sturdy handles and plenty of pockets) but the broken zipper AGAIN and it’s coming apart. What good is it if it doesn’t close? I wouldn’t recommend this at all! I like to give second chances but I definitely have buyers remorse. I hope this company will finally address this problem! I’d add a photo but there isn’t a place to add one.

This size is perfect for my needs. I just took a trip to the beach, and it held a water bottle, travel mug for coffee, map, etc., as well as ample room insice for food and snacks and ice pack inside. I love the straps also, either shoulder carry or hand straps. The bottom expands out to a nice size. It's a very thoughtful design. I'll use it for years to come I'm sure!

I definitely wanted to buy this product but I had not luck with them. I bought one of this product but it came with a broken zipper. The replacement one came broken and loose from one side of the hanging strap.(I provided pictures of both units). It is unfortunate because I love the design of this bag but apparently they are of not a good quality material.

Big enough to fit the fridge! lol - I love this bag. It holds my tall 32 oz water bottle which is hard to find a bag for it. I researched so many bags to fit my lifestyle including this bottle. I know when Im on the road there is no reason to stop and search for something to eat. I have enough in my bag to last me all day. I also like the fact it's discreet.

Zipper failed after 3 months of use than carry strap on end ripped out of bag. Tried to contact for warranty refused to answer, the warranty was changed to send them pictures than send bag at your expense. I added Velcro to zipper area to just hold it together till I buy something else.

Not happy the zipper pulled right off the end, can not be repaired and now I can not return it. For the price the zipper should have lasted longer. Otherwise like the bag - size good, keeps items cold, like all the pockets and the larger size.Now have to order another one as my stuff doesn't stay cold when it isn't zipped. I won't reorder this one.

I work out of the car, and pack a lunch most days. Love the set up for this bag! Can take my H2O bottle, coffee travel mug, lunch & snacks, and paper work all in one bag. No more juggling a lunch bag and work bag!

I love this! It’s the perfect size to carry food and snacks for the day, along with some extras. The zippered pockets are very handy for things you want to secure away, the side pockets are deep and hold my bottle snug, and the strap is great to adjust to the desired length you want.I kind of wish that the open pockets had some kind of snap closure or zipper as well, but otherwise they’re great!Overall, this bag is made of a durable material and keeps my food cool until I’m ready to eat it.
