Perfect
Exactly what I'd hoped for. The colours are beautiful and compliment my lounge well. The rug took a few hours to lay flat after I freed it from it's wrapping. I'm very pleased with the quality and price.

Strong plastic smell
Rug itself is absolutely stunning and looks just as displayed in pictures but unfortunately there is a very strong burnt plastic smell to it even after weeks a few times I was searching for burnt out plugs or faulty wax melt only to realise it was the rug itself and used every carpet cleaner to man still not budging but it is a stunning rug

Edge has come away
Love this rug but unfortunately the edge stitching has come away on one side so looks terrible now and far too thick to stitch it back on. Product support process terrible
