The faucet itself is beautiful. Very high quality, clear instructions and easy to install.However, when the water turned on, there was a leak. I figured put the culprit was a faulty gasket in the drain section. I contacted customer service and they immediately expedited an entire new faucet that arrived in 2 days. I fixed the issue very quickly and everything is perfe t now. These things happen sometimes, it can't be perfect 100% of the time - what matters is their excellent and quick communication and they solved my problem with such ease. The product is great quality and their customer service is excellent.

Works and looks great

Purchased the tall black faucet for my bathroom renovation, unit arrived packaged very well. Finish is nice, very heavy, installation was very easy and unit exceeds my expectations. Does get water spots but they wipe off easily. Very happy, would recommend!

This is an absolutely beautiful faucet. I have gotten many compliments on it. It adds a modern style to my guest bathroom and everyone comments on the dual colors....black/gold. It was easy to install and very easy to clean. Any water spots will easily come off with a dry cloth. You will have to email them for the product warranty, but the customer service was very accommodating, polite and professional. If you want style and elegance along with function, I recommend this faucet 100%.

Love the look and the size! Needed to match a Grohe shower faucet and this one goes very well! I would have loved to install it without the base plate, but the previous faucet was a 3-hole, so I was happy to see that the faucet included the base plate. The handle moves smoothly, the flow is nice, no splashing. Installation was fairly easy, although needed to make some minor pipe adjustments. Had a leak originally that got fixed by adding putty between the pop up drain plate & sink( BtW the installation instructions list the putty in the things needed for installation, but there is no step indicating where to apply it). The one disappointing aspect is the fact that the faucet seems to require a lot of wiping as every water droplet leaves its mark, hence the 4 stars. The faucet arrived on time and it was well packaged. Overall, good looks and good buy for the money!

My plumber was very impressed with this faucet. He said the quality was just as good or better than the top brands (Moen, Delta, etc). Took a picture of the box and said he was going to install them when he renovates his bathroom!

Bought this due to the great black and gold combo that isn't as easy to find.. Love the look and modern style. Sadly it does get very dirty (big water marks and streaks) after every single use. I saw other reviews mentioned this but was hoping it wouldn't be that bad, but it is. Considering returning for this reason unfortunately

Bought 2 matte black tall bathroom faucets for vessel sinks. Expensive looking & have weight to them. Easy install & work perfectly, don’t splash, finish doesn’t show water spots. Reasonable cost for quality of the product, so far very happy with my purchase..

This product looks high end and it could be easy to install in situations where you just drop it in and hope for the best. The seals for the drain plug are of Vey questionable quality and after trying everything for a water tight seal, the drain plug is still leaking. I may try to replace all seals or give up and return it. Too bad they couldn't include some decent rubber seals for such a good looking faucet.Adding more details to my initial review - the vendor provided a set of replacement seals after a lengthy conversation. The new seals resolved the original issue.

Great looking faucet but the drain seal leaks. Tried everything, took it apart and reassembled it three time and added thread tape. Still leaks. Gonna try to find a replacement seal that works or I'll have to return it.
