The media could not be loaded. We work for a hospice care company that has an inpatient contract with the local regional trauma center. The mutual success of the program behooved the hospital to provide a larger office space. We needed a means to provide access to multiple members of our crew without compromising hospital security. From my decades in realty brokerage I knew this type of product was what we needed.The only reason I did not have this up in less than an hour was that we had no AA batteries, and neither did the hospital gift shop. Once the batteries were installed, everything else was a breeze. The app loaded with no problem. We use password and fingerprint access. Both went smoothly. Issuing the fobs would have been little better than obtaining multiple keys for new team members. Fingerprint and passcode are easily deleted.I am now ordering the gateway for remote access. This will increase secure access and flexibility.Stay tuned. I am sure there will be more happy returns.

I purchased this for an Airbnb in January. It has only worked a few times. It spends most of the time jammed and saying it is unlocking but it does not open with code, app or fingerprint.And the gateway...control it from anywhere...not so much. The gateway is literally 3 feet from the box and 10 feet from the router and it can never find it. I have not been able to control it remotely even once.It is sturdy though...not sure how I'm going to get it open to retrieve my keys.

So many good things to say about it. First of all, the interior is large! About 3x3x5 which means that large auto key fobs have no problem fitting inside. I got this specifically for that reason. I’d go surfing and my very large key fob has a built in manual key that flips open but dies not separate meaning I Can’t take it into the water with me. Saw this on Amazon and it showed up 3 days after ordering. The looped shackle fits right onto a metal eye under my car that’s used for towing. Second, there are multiple access methods: passcode, fingerprint, app, and 5 little tiles that you can pass amongst your family. Third, it says it’s weatherproof.A couple drawbacks though. The instruction manual, while written well in English, omits a few things. In order to change the pass code on the lockbox you have to do it in the app. In the manual it says to hit the physical reset button in the box but that’s not correct. That physical button erases all the codes, prints, and tile access and reverts the code to the factory setting of 1.2.3.4.5.6. Found this out the hard way by erasing all my hard work multiple times. The strange thing is that once you go on the app the change the passcode it gives you this very long passcode initially. You must use this new access code at least once before you can then change it to a personal one. Very confusing.Next, in order to enter your fingerprints you do that on the lockbox but you have to start by going to the app and initiating the process there first. Tip…pretty much everything goes through the app.Also, there’s no information anywhere about how long the required 9v battery (not included) will typically last. They do provide a usb cable that plugs into the lockbox (you supply the power source) to open when the battery dies. I’m hoping that it also doesn’t erase all the passcodes, prints, etc.Lastly, trying to find the lockbox in the Bluetooth was problematic. It wouldn’t pop up at first, then it wouldn’t connect, and even after connection it would drop off again. However, once it actually connected, it was pretty easy to use.

I like in a tropical zone where the temperature goes up to 33° on a hot day. The lockbox periodically gets hot where the keypad stops functioning.Fast forward to September 15th 2023, the box fails to respond to app, power pack, access cards, passcodes and biometric scanner as can be seen from the short video. Our gate key is still locked inside which cost is a pretty penny to replace. The lock is unresponsive to unlock measures and we don’t know what to do.I had to replace the lock with a manual dial one just to be safe as updated technology is not always good.😔😔☹️☹️ I took a chance hoping my experience would have been better than previous reviews but it failed after awhile whether it’s hot or cold issues.

It is not relibel, easy to get into safe mode (it locks it self), Cannot create and send codes if you are not Close to it (which other devices have) and asks for Subscription $$$ to create and send codes with app!!! So, basically it is too sensitive and you can be locked out if easily!! N O T R E L I A B L E
