Bedtime for Batman (DC Super Heroes) Board book – Illustrated, July 31, 2017

I'm a Batman fan. My three-year-old son has, therefore, quickly become a Batman fan too. My son is also a big fan of books and asks me to read books to him all the time! We have a Wonder Woman book that we got for one of our daughters that the little guy got pretty stuck on. I have nothing against reading Wonder Woman to my little boy, but I kind of wanted to get him that seemed a little more specific to him. My wife found this, and we bought it. The book is large with big, bright images. There isn't a lot of text on any of the pages, so, like a comic book, the pages themselves tell the story. The artistry is fantastic! My son loves this book so much that it has become a nighttime routine to read this lying on his bed together. While I don't particularly enjoy reading the same book over and over and over, this is a pretty fun pick!

This book is so sweet and cute. My husband really appreciates it and it’s sturdy enough that my son enjoys it as well.

My 3 year old grandson became so excited about Batman recently. So for the holiday I sent for this book. His parents seemed concerned about not having a violent book of superheroes- however, after reading it, the realized this story book is full of great traits of how Batman influences a young boy seeking to be helpful to others! No fighting others -and helped the young character in the book to fall asleep with great feelings of being kind. Even a list at the end of things to be happy for!So glad it has become a book he want his parents to read before bedtime. Thanks to the author for sure!!

This is a great book for a little one that is a Batman fan and wants to to be like Batman. I have gifted this book once before to a child and it became their favor book.

This book is very sturdy and printed on heavy cardstock making the pages easy to turn for little fingers. There are two stories going on side by side in this book. The steps that a little kid takes to get ready for bed are mirrored in The Dark Knight performing a similar task to clean up Gotham City. The adults can easily skip over the Dark Knight story if it is too dark for their youngster. The bedtime ritual of taking care of their personal hygiene then winding down so they can go to sleep willingly and calmly are what we hope this book will help reinforce. I hear my Grandsons love the checklist and have been much more cooperative at bedtime - YAY!

Got this for my grandson and it is our favorite read just before nap time when he comes over.

This is a great book for kids! It basically tells two stories that are taking place at the same time. One is about a kid getting ready for bed, and the other is about Batman getting ready to fight crime. What's clever about this book is that the descriptions used for the kid getting ready for bed are the same descriptions used for Batman getting ready to fight crime. For example, one page says 'A great adventure awaits," and it shows the kid getting his pajamas on while Batman his getting his batsuit on. The book teaches kids in a fun way what needs to be done in order to get ready for bed. Also, the pictures and colors look really nice. I highly recommend it!
