As granular honey is, this is fine. I’m not a big fan of this over real honey but, this product is good and offers a decent sweetness to what it’s used in.

We love this for tea. So easy to use and not messy like regular honey.

Love this as a sugar substitute in baking.

Some honey Crystal's hobby weird taste but this taste really good there's no waxy residue like with other brands and you get a good amount.

It oesn't have the exciting taste & flavor of liquid honey, but easy to use and gives the same health benefits of liquid honey.

Great in Coffee. Much better than sticky liquid. Love this. Wish it came in packages to take to work.

Bought this for my Dad who loves it on his coffee and tea. This is my fourth purchase from this supplier(4 packs each time) last one was 2 weeks ago which Amazon delivery lost in transit, got refund and reordered, item was delivered on Sunday noon after reordering this on a friday morning. Know this is "granulated" honey mixed with cane sugar to get it into its granulated state, not "pure" 100% honey. If you want 100 pure honey and no additive, you'll have to stick with the sticky liquid form in the bottle. For my dad who is 76 years old with severe eczema and arthritis on both hands, this granulated form works well for him to be able to make his own coffee without making a mess and he loves the taste. Will be ordering more when he's down to the last container again.

Ingredients: refinery syrup, and honey.With refinery syrup as the primary ingredient it means what you're getting has more non-honey than actual honey. So calling it granulated honey is kind of misleading in that regard. Also note: Refinery sugar is the byproduct of cane sugar refining, it is NOT corn syrup.I've ordered several products from Hoosier Hill Farm in the past and all of them were excellent but this is one that has been a disappointment when taking into consideration what is advertised versus what you get. (*It appears the ingredients are now updated on amazon because it used to just say honey.) I wanted honey powder for a spice mix/rub and could even have dealt with the fact that it is mostly non-honey if at the very least the honey flavor was strong. This tastes exactly like you'd expect of a sugar/honey blend. It primarily tasted like cane sugar with a bit of honey on the back end instead of a strong honey taste. This is obviously disappointing when you were at the very least expecting a strong honey flavor but instead get something only moderately honey flavored.That being said, why the 3 stars? It still gets three stars instead of one because at the end of the day it can still be used as a sweetener for various things that maybe just need a little honey flavor. Blending this with some cloves and a pinch of salt will make for an excellent ham rub, or mixing it with some savory spices for a BBQ rub will create a unique flavor I would not get from just using regular white or brown sugar. You could also run it through a grinder or processor to get the consistency of powdered sugar if you had a recipe that called for powdered sugar but needed a little extra something flavor wise. (I imagine in powdered form it would make a wonderful lightly honey flavored buttercream.) So, it is still usable as an alternative sweetener and there's just enough of a honey taste at the end to warrant a three star rating, but it ultimately wasn't what I was looking for.
