This has already helped my 5 year old daughter quickly recover from a meltdown. I would pay $5 for that alone. But really, the cards are good quality, the box seems sturdy enough, and the fidget/sensory tools are great; it's all well worth the price in my opinion. Also, the calming strategies on the cards include a good variety of tools, which I can tell my daughter (and myself too) will learn to use in the future. If you can use some help with emotional regulation, definitely get this!

Well made, nice variety of pictures and fights items. Some of the activities are repetitive and the language I wouldn't necessarily use in our house, but otherwise very happy to use this with my 4 year old.Ex of language I don't like: I will make good choices. Everyone is happy then.We don't want to encourage people pleasing at the expensive of her feelings, but we just won't read that one to her.

I'm a child therapist and think this is worth the inexpensive $5 to have as an additional resource in my office. Nothing overwhelmingly impressive, but younger kids find it useful, and I think it would be a good tool for parents to have at home for referencing with a young child who is upset and teaching them how to use healthy coping skills when feeling emotional.

This kit came with only one sided piece of velcro, so had to cut a two sided piece of my own.I also added a medium sized feather for soft tickles
