I am a big fan of mechanical keyboards have been since the old ibm 84 key keyboards.I love the way these keys feel and how responsive they are. It is the best keyboard I've had in 30 years and it's not even close.For those that care the keys light up and you can use patterns for how they light up and am pretty sure you can have them change for each game. Though don't quote me on that as I don't care enough about the feature to use it.The most important thing to me is the feel of the keyboard when typing and it's responsiveness. Both of these are + in my book.

I replaced my stalwart LG G910 with this keyboard to complete a new build. It lasted less than three months, so now I am back to my LG, while the ASUS has multiple keys fail. The issue was intermittent missed keystrokes, not resolvable via firmware updates. While the device worked seamlessly with Armoury Crate, both gaming and work applications were quite frustrating with the issues that rapidly became worse over time.

While I love the keys and the design I'm forced to use wired or Bluetooth mode for my setup, the wireless range of the Asus adapter is far less then competitors like Logitech.

Tbh i needed an external keyboard that matched my other ROG products i have. This keyboard is great, has excellent response, and holds a charge well. One thing to add, the keys have a big time “click” sound. Meaning when you type, you WILL hear it. Doesn’t bother me so much, but if you’re looking for a quiet keyboard you will not find it here. Overall I love it. Customizable keys are great, and the wrist padding is a perfect addition

I wanted to love this keyboard. It matches my ROG Laptop so well, and the features are great, except for one. After a few months of use, I had to remove the keyboard and store it in its box. The reason: it repeats keys too quickly. As I was writing text, I noticed that the keyboard was duplicating keystrokes semi-randomly. The spacebar was a special favorite, my text had random spaces all over. Other keys would contribute to the problem and after a while, it just got to be too much of a pain to fix the text all the time.I tried the Windows setting to increase the duplicate wait time, to no effect. I could not find anything that would prevent that except to remove the keyboard, which I did.I so wanted to keep using it, but alas, it shunned me and now it's in its box.

This keyboard seemed like an amazing investment when I purchased it back in August 2022. After using it, it is clear that it is very comfortable, incredibly beautiful for its design, and very easy to clean. However, as time has passed, some keys have been malfunctioning in a terrible way: if a key is pressed as usual, it either writes the letter a bunch of times (e.g. ttttttttttttttt) or writes nothing at all. I thought it had to do with updates, a software configuration, or even dirt on the keyboard, but it is not the case. This problem happens with very specific keys (T, C, Backspace, and Space), regardless of the type of connection I use (wired, Bluetooth, or dongle), and it is extremely frustrating as no matter how ergonomic or gorgeous this keyboard is: it does not do what it is meant to do.
