Very happy with product. Gives my arms good support and relieves muscle pain. You need to measure biceps before ordering . I measured and went by size chart and perfect fit.I highly recommend for upper arm compression and support .

Light compression and some warmth do the job
Used this, mostly, to keep the injured area warm during healing. The sleeve was tight enough to require a tiny little but of stretch, which provides exactly what I wanted. That, however, all comes down to your needs and appropriate sizing. During actual activity with the arm, I found this was not enough and I used another sleeve with wrap around and adjustable strap.

Great for covering Dexcom G7
Got this in hopes of using as a sleeve to cover my husband's Dexcom G7 on his arm. We have bought other adhesive covers, which extend the time by a few days, but still have difficulty getting the full 10 days of wear. This sleeve fits snug, is barely noticeable under shirt, and the silicone banding at the top/bottom prevents it from sliding or rolling around. He says it's comfortable as well. Highly recommend for anyone needing help keeping their CGM from coming off as the adhesive starts to fail.

Size Up from recommended measurements
A Small was recommended per my measurements, I ordered a Med, because of the inflammation, I should have ordered a Large, as Med was too Tight!!!!

Ripped Bicep
I tore my bicep, muscle popped out, not much they can do for that except I tape it up and wear this compression sleeve. 6 weeks according to my ortho. I alternate between the two sleeves, keep my bicep taped, hopefully 6 weeks I will be as good as new. They slip down occasionally but for the most part I highly recommend this bicep compression sleeve!

right bicep pain
It's painful for me to raise my right arm above my head. I saw this bicep sleeve advertised for tendonitis so I decided to give it a try. I've only had it for two days so far but I can honestly say that the pain has greatly improved and I can raise my arm above my head now with less pain ! The compression sleeves are well made and stay in place and are very comfortable. I would definitely buy again!
