Even weight distribution makes these easy on the knees. Inconveinient however They do shimmy down after some wear time. Wish they came in an array of weights. Kind of light weight for most men.

I wear these on the every other day that I don't work out. They do a decent job; they are lightweight and after a while you don't feel them under your clothes. My only complaint is that the velcro could be a little bit stronger. They don't fall down when I'm walking around or doing normal activities, but if I jog or run they'll sometimes fall. They still provide weight of course, but it changes the muscles you use. All in all, good product.

If you buy these (I got the arm and the leg ones direct from Bodytogs), don't expect any customer service, the company is basically out of business. The arm ones were too large & kept falling down to my wrist and they were 1/2" different in size, I got size small, still too large. I contacted the company through their web site multiple times, no response, none of their phone numbers work, I finally found an address & mailed the arm ones back, NO RESPONSE. What a horrible company.

I bought the large ones because it said 14.5-16 inches around the largest part of the calf. I'm at 15" and I think a medium would've been a better purchase. I'm at 15" at the calf and 9" at the ankle, if that's about your size go for a medium. Other then that, I love these. I have to wear them at the tightest setting, and if I lose more weight in the calf I'll probably have to buy new ones. But they feel great, I wear them under my pants all the time.

Don’t buy waste of money. Valcro will give out and they will keep sliding down. Edge of the weights will cut into the material Excellent concept But more work neeeded

These products are amazing, if you want weighted limbs this is the way to go, DON'T BUY any other ankle or wrist weights, body togs are not wrist or ankle weights, those weights rest on the joints, ligaments and tendons causing strain and tearing, they are unsafe UNLIKE body togs that rest on the muscles and create no tension on joints, ligaments or tendons, workout SAFELY not dangerously

These are sleek, well fitting and I can feel the burn. I've been wearing typical ankle weights and these bodytogs are a terrific upgrade. The ankle weights were causing my knees to hurt. The body togs are big improvement, I'm glad I found them.
