The SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini Wireless is a game-changer with its compact 60% form factor. The adjustable actuation feature allows for a personalized typing experience, and the HyperMagnetic switches provide a responsive and tactile feel. Not that heavy and not that light. Battery was on 5% on arrival but all good, I just charged it and upgraded the firmware on the app. The RGB lighting is vibrant and customizable, adding a great aesthetic touch. The PBT keycaps are durable and feel premium. Connectivity options are fantastic with Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and USB-C. This keyboard is perfect for both gaming and everyday use. This keyboard is insanely nice and high quality, the brightness of the RGB is really bright and the durability is really good. The size of the mini makes it so that it can fit on my desk giving space to my mouse. The only reason that I'm returning this keyboard was because the switches just weren't the right ones for me and I decided I would replacethe apex pro mini with the Asus rog azoth 75% with the red switches.

This is the most unique keyboard I have ever used. It comes with loads of amazing features and it is the fastest keyboard I ever used. Once I started using this keyboard I couldn't get used to a normal keyboard due to the heavy delay I notice with the input. It has great lighting features, nice sounding switches, and the wireless feature is a great way to clean up your gaming space.

This device worked great with a Xbox, but would not work with the PS4 that we bought it for. We had to return the keyboard, but it was not the keyboards fault, The keyboard is great for gaming being small and easy to to use. the lights on it make it easy to use the keys for the motions of the game. Easy to setup for wireless or to keep it attached for the desk uses. Well built and keys are very reactive.

I bought this keyboard as my first ever smaller-sized gaming keyboard. It was also the first more premium keyboard I ever purchased. I went with steelseries as I already had an Aerox 3 wireless mouse from them, the QcK prism XL cloth, and a headset from them. I loved all those products and I never had any issues with them. I decided to get a steelseries keyboard since I never had any issues with any of their products before and I just wanted to remain within the same ecosystem for their GG software to control RGB etc...I absolutely loved the keyboard! It was extremely high quality and great for gaming and I loved the wireless aspect of it. I have only owned this keyboard for 1 year and 3 months and the keyboard just completely doesn't work anymore. I have tried everything I could to fix it and went through all the troubleshooting guides on steelseries' website. Essentially, when I plug it in via USB it will quickly light up all the keys on the keyboard for a split second and then instantly turn back off. It refuses to hold a charge or connect to my PC. I have also tried it on my Mac computers and it does the same thing. I reached out to Steelseries customer support this week to see what they would say. They asked me to send them a video showing what the keyboard was doing so they could help me out. I did this and they didn't even come back with any steps on how to fix this they instantly prompted me to start a warranty claim with them and told me they would send me a brand new keyboard replacement to me. I provided all the info the rep asked for in order to get the warranty claim started. He then came back stating that since it is past the 1 year warranty mark they are unable to do anything for me. Let it be noted that I started off the support ticket by saying I purchased this keyboard almost 2 years ago as I didn't look up the exact date when I purchased it. However, I knew it was over a year. Just frustrating when the rep knew that yet had me provide all the details to get a brand new one and then once I provide that info just instantly shuts me down.I love steelseries products but after this experience, I don't think I will ever be buying another one of their products. I just have a bad taste in my mouth after spending almost $200 on a keyboard for it to last a little over one year and then the company not do anything about it.Just wanted to share my experience so others are aware of it.
