I love the feel of this pillow. The firmness is just right. I only wish it came in a longer length. We have a king size bed and the pillow doesn’t cover as much as I wish it would. I have a large, but am still deciding if I want to exchange for an XL.

We originally tried this pillow for my husband who had been complaining of neck pain due to an outdated pillow. He experimented with it for several weeks trying both sizes. While he loved the pillow, he liked the fact that it is available in a shorter size which would seem to fit his neck and body more appropriately. A little counter-intuitive since he is a pretty large man.My son and I then decided to try the pillow. I had recently purchased a buckwheat pillow to try to help alleviate my migraines and cervicogenic headaches. The buckwheat pillow does not hold a candle to this memory foam pillow as far as support for my neck. It is fantastic! The only thing is that I am still a little unsure of which side to use because I fall asleep on my side and often wake up on my back. With that being said, both sides are extremely comfortable.My son tried the pillow for a few nights and also claims that he no longer has neck pain. Since my husband is still hoarding the original pillow while he waits for his new one, it looks like I will be ordering two more.On a final note, I did have some questions regarding the item. The customer service at Newentor is quick, thorough and responsive. I wish more companies offered customer service to this same impressive level.

The media could not be loaded.  Please make sure you check out my video review I'm sure you will find it helpful.Make sure you check out the size chart I believe it's the third photo in the description I'm 5'4 140/150lbs I find that the size large was perfect the standard is only about a half inch to 3/4 inch difference so I can use either one but my go-to would be the large. I made the mistake in thinking bigger was better so I ordered the XXL it is too high for my neck, but I decided to keep it so I can stack it and watch TV late at night. If you are a firm pillow lover and a side sleeper you're going to love these! They come with a gray pillow case they will arrive rolled up like a giant burrito don't worry just read the instructions which state to open it up and let it air out for 48 hours you will see that it will start growing in size and depth then it will be ready for you! At first I didn't see the size chart so I reached out to their customer service and they responded within 24 hours great customer service!And with that being said, sadly I always find that when I love a product it tends to get discontinued or no longer available so I will be placing another order for the size large to have on hand. It was very hard finding the perfect pillow, I had purchased five other times from different companies (I have a closet full which I keep got guests) but I finally found the perfect one and I'm not sharing it!

I love this pillow! It is so soft and comfortable. And they have wonderful product support! I'm a side sleeper and have struggled to find a pillow that is the right height and support for my head and neck. When I first ordered it, I followed the chart and was recommended the XL pillow. I tried it out for a few weeks but it felt a little high for my neck. I thought it might soften more and he ok, but finally I contacted support and they simply sent me a new pillow that was smaller--no charge. That's what I call product support.I've been sleeping on the smaller one for just over a week now, and it is perfect. I don't wake up with a stiff neck anymore, and I'm not tossing and turning trying to find a comfy position.I need to clarify that I am a side sleeper. The product info says it works for both side and back, but I can't speak to the back. When I tried on the back, it felt pretty high for me, but when I sleep on my back, I usually don't use any pillow at all, so don't use me as a judge on back sleeping..For side sleeping, I found it most comfy to have the pillow all the way against my shoulder so it is supporting both my head and my neck.Oh, and the pillowcase is soooo soft.Definitely would buy it again

Accurate measurements. Nice quality pillow case included. 2 sides with slightly different firmness. To me, both sides are firm but not in an uncomfortable way. Different heights to suit your needs. The hole in the middle of the pillow seems to do an ok job at keeping my head from overheating. Wonderful, responsive customer service. Can't speak to durability but quality seems to be there. Overall I would recommend!More details:I bought another pillow that was marketed as 5" loft. That turned out to be a blatant lie and the loft was more like 3.85". I returned that pillow and bought an XXL size to overcompensate for the manufacturer over-promising, but it turned out the measurements are very accurate. The XXL size actually ended up being kind of uncomfortable and too high, so I emailed the company and they replied within 24 hours. They sent me a L size pillow and let me keep the XXL one. It took about a week from me emailing until I got my replacement pillow. My only gripe is that I wish the width of the pillows were wider.

I originally bought the large pillow but it turned out to be too big for me. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pillow in a smaller size for free! The new pillow is perfect for my sleeping habits and is super comfortable.Fantastic customer service.

As I lay down on my new foam pillow I keep thinking I need to follow up with a review and before I can start writing I'm fast asleep, I purchased this pillow as I like the feel of memory foam pillows but most are too thick for my liking as I sleep with my arm under my pillow and need/prefer thinner pillows. I really like the feel of the cover they provide with the pillow. Probably the only change I would like is a longer version of this pillow as the thin version like I need only comes in the extra small sizes and it can be a bit short, but still very comfortable !!!
