I decided to try Six Star Creatine for my weight lifting work out routine. The results are in and I was not disappointed. Within two weeks, I found myself lifting heavier, and my endurance was amazing. I feel good and stronger. On work out days, the serving size is 3 horse pills in the morning, and 3 more horse pills after working out, LOL. I think capsules would be better. So far no issues with taste or smell. I do recommend only if you are serious about working out and being fit.

Gets the job done but boy does it take a toll on your tummy. The cramping is just above tolerable. Im a picky eater who's stays away from store bought meat so take that with a grain of salt as far as stomach reactions. I will say the results are WORTH IT if... and if you understand pain is beauty ✨️

It helps to build some muscle and strength to lift more weight. It is a nice product.

Love the product. Hate the packaging. Can anything be more environmentally wasteful? Per the attached photo, the product fills only 1/3 of the container. I order 3 containers at a time, and upon receipt, I open all three containers, pour the contents of 2 into the other 1, so I end up with 1 container to hold it all. Then I throw away the other two containers. If you are mindful of landfill clutter, this is a total waste of resources. Answer: just fill the bottle with product and sell us a full container - duh!

This creatine is great, I always felt so much better on it even versus straight creatine monohydrate- one of the other additives must be helping me a lot. It did make me very thirsty often, even more than normal creatine. I only took half a dose, since 8mg is a lot higher than the recommended dose by experts.For me personally, I can only drink a sweet fruity drink so often before I get tired of it. Especially if I want to take it before bed. So I switched to unflavored (without the same additives sadly) but if you can tolerate that it’s a great product
