My only hiccup / “complaint” was that I bought two of these for my twins and they put the wrong child’s picture in the wrong locket, even though I had them specifically separated out to prevent that from happening.But even with that happening they did come with extra pictures and I was able to swap it out without damaging the locket. Also luckily, I picked a picture that would work for both of them for the front picture. That was my only hiccup. The engraving looked beautiful all in all was completely worth it and I appreciate this company for making a good quality product. That’s a reasonably on price. I even bought another one for my sister. Thank you again it is just what I wanted.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for mothers day. It came in a beautiful little box. It has extra pictures in it just in case you lose one. It is magnetically closed so it opens easy enough not one of those pain in the butt latches that never wanna open. When she saw it she loved the size. The quality is awsome. It's not as thick as I thought. I think for the money it was perfect and the engraving looks beautiful.

Everything looked great with the Lockett was bigger than expected.

I almost thought my package was stolen but they delivered it in a secure location and when I opened it, I was brought to tears. They had done such a great job and the clarity of the picture was spot on. I would absolutely recommend this custom product to anyone who has any doubts. I bought this for my mom after her dog passed. The picture is clear and looks beautiful in the heart. The size is just right. Some other ones I saw were way to big to wear as a necklace but this one is perfect! She wears it every single day and even in the shower and it still looks like the day she got it.
