I am very satisfied with this purchase. My mom's phone jack was always going in & out from the time she bought her home a few years ago and it finally went out for good and she needed a new one so I located this item and after some comparison shopping with other items I chose to order this one.It arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition on arrival. It was an easy install, very basic with no issues and it works great, We replaced the old one, which was located on the wall and attached this one within a few minutes. Since the installation of this jack there has been no issues at all and I am very satisfied with this item and would recommend it to anyone. Also, purchasing this item instead of calling the phone company to come fix it saved her a lot of money and it cost a little bit less than similar items we looked at locally and now I don't have to drive all the way to her house and check on her because the phone was always out and I couldn't reach her so it was a very worthwhile purchase on multiple levels.5 Stars!

The box works as it should. BUYER BEWARE! After making this purchase, my credit card was compromised. I don't know where the fault lies, but this is only part of a recent purchase I made from Amazon and my card is disabled until I can prove I am the cardholder

I had an old telephone line that ran into my bedroom. The wife and I wanted a home phone just in case of emergency. Saw this product on amazon for only a few dollar and figured I would give it a go. Wired right up and works great. Very pleased.

Easy to install following flood remodel. Was able to hook phone line back up to get Centurylink up and running again.

This small item is hard to come by in the age of cell phones. But perfect for my old landline. Glad to have found it!
