Much more energy you have to be consistent

I was told my b12 could not be measured for how low it was. I purchase this product to increase this vitamin in my body and in a matter of a month it was way above the normal. I started taking them every other day now as reccommended by my doctor. I would reccommend this product anyday.

Dissolves quickly when put under tongue.

My Doctor said is happy on the units fo this B12 vitamin says I only have to take 1 pill a week. Instead of 2 pills daily from what the Insurance was sending me.And it is 5 Times cheaper than what the Insurance was charging me a smaller dosage.

I’ve had several similar dissolving B12 products and the texture and flavor of these was the worst to me. Very much a cardboard texture (which honestly, who cares?) but the flavor was really not good. I’ve not been taking B12 as regularly to kind of avoid this bottle.
