Q: I have a terrier with a size 9-1/2 neck and 16 chest. What size should I order?

It seems every company use a different size chart for dogs. That being side I should tell you that I sent the one I ordered for my dog back due to the shoddy workmanship (it's made in China) and there's hardly enough insulation in the jacket to keep a flea warm.

The size it told you is not correct. It was too small for my 15lb dog. I ordered her a medium based on the size chart. I ended up selling to a private party as to return it I would of had to ship to Hong King. Took over a month to arrive.
