Excellent vacation water-era
I used for a vacation where we would be gone for 6 days with dry and extreme heat predicted in IL. Was nervous because reviews had said they didnt hold water well or wouldnt fit well onto the bottles. I used aquafina bottles and pepsi bottles. I found that you just need to push as you twist on and they go on well. They do feel a little flimsy like they wont last that long but theu did amazing on this trip. I used 4 in a long window box and 1 each in potted plants and even one each in the coco fiber type plants i have (which dry out fast) and all the plants survived! They looked a little wilty but after that long in extreme heat they look amazing! Saves me the neighbor ask and reply upon or the pay a teenager to water thing when we are away. I put them all in a box to reuse for next trip! Highly recommend for this use. Pic is after i pulled them all after and rinsed off the tips to store

Useless Product - Poor Construction
Of the 5 spikes all but 1 leaked at the water bottle adapter. Regardless of bottle or adjustment they would not make a good seal due to poor quality construction/plastic used. The 1 spike that did not leak I set up to test to gauge the rate of water dispersal. After 16 hours the water level had not changed and the terracotta spike only had the smallest of water drops formed on part of the spike. No other water what so ever had come out. These are going back to Amazon.I have to remember to read the product reviews before making purchases!

The spikes are good but the adapters are poor quality
I was hopeful that these spikes would be much more efficient than the previous siphon style spikes but after seating 6 of them I’m doubtful. If the adapters had threads to secure the water bottles I think that would be a game changer. If the bottles are even slightly tilted, they fall out. These may be my next returns 🫤Uh, oh…the adapters DO have threads but you have to use 1 liter bottles! Now I have to question if the depth of the spike is sufficient to keep the liter bottle erect.

Very clever product
The adapter works for me after a few trials with different plastic bottles . Disposable water bottles have gotten so cheap that they have a shallow screw-on tip and the spike can't make a good seal. I finally came upon the bottle from a drink named ICE that has a better quality screw top and the spikes make a better seal and leaks are negligible. I found that it is better to keep the thin plastic "washer" form the bottle on in order to make a seal when you screw the spike on. I will try to add a picture to show what I did.

Plant watering stakes
Love the idea but they do come apart easily at the plastic connectors if not positioned well in the potting soil. Still plan to use them as 2 liter bottles are more readily available to me. We do not drink wine and wine bottles are needed for the other style I have.

Disappointed, they don’t really work as advertised
They came quickly and nicely packaged. They didn’t quite fit correctly on standard water bottles. I snipped the plastic ring from the cap and they seemed to work better but still very loose. Some of them fell over once in the plant because they fit loose. One of them had water coming back up and was dirty inside. But most of them just stayed mostly full for about a month. So, I mean I tried them. We got a lot of rain but there were days my plants needed the water and they stayed just as full. I wouldn’t trust my plants to them.

Useless - water pours out too fast
It is supposed to accommodate multiple bottle sizes, but attaches poorly to the most common. You must hold the bottle on the spike or the weight of the water blows it off. If you don't put a hole in the bottle, it won't drain. If you do put a hole in the bottle, it drains immediately. I missed the return window. A huge waste of money.

Works great!
I use a water bottle and attach it to these in my hanging baskets since they tend to dry out quickly. I hide the water bottle in the flowers—-It works like a charm!

Doesn't screw properly
I tried a variety of bottles (soda, milk, water), with and without the adapter provided, and every time, the screwing part leaks from the side. I found better one at the Dollarstore.

Gut!
Funktioniert!

Débit un peu faible
The media could not be loaded. Débit un peu faible. Assemblage un peu douteux. À voir dans le temps...
