Portable Fishing Kit (Black)

I bought 2 for the family and they love them. They do get fairly compact which is nice since fishing poles can be awkward to pack in most cars. These are built well and are very sturdy. Their design is simple so its easy for young kids to learn how they work. We've had these for about 1 1/2 years and they still work flawlessly after rough use by 3 unruly boys.

this product is a POS.i didn't really expect much for a $15 fishing rod but i expected something tht worked.when i recived this i couldn't get the actual rod to extend then when the line broke i couldn't figure out how to restring it. thye owners manual didn't have any directions on how to get to the line or change the line. i searched for hours trying to find detailed instructions on how to get to the line but couldn't find any i called instant fisherman and they put me on hold for half an hour. the person i talked to said i would have to send it in to have it repaired but i would have to pay shiping.Is there anyone who can tell me if this has happened to them and how they fixed it?

I bought this for my dad on fathers day, and it arrived on time he said that he really likes the fishing pole. He likes to stop and catch fishing breaks on the way home from his job he said its compact and extends to full size with a few clicks. I would recommend this for anyone who likes compact fishing equiptment.

Its quite a bit harder to open and close than I expected. Enough so that a standard pole is better.

This lasted a couple of fishing seasons. It was good to carry on the bike for impromptu fishing sessions. It was shipped promptly, and the price was good.

regard this item is very nice but i try to change the wire and i can't fix it agine becouse i didn't find any guid to show me how to openthis machine for maintainacethen now i can't contect it aginehelp please if you can send to me guid how to collect it

This made the prefect gift for my brother who has been really big into fishing lately. Its portable and easy to use. He can keep this fishing pole in the back seat of his car and it doesn't take up a lot of space. For those times he just "ends up on the water".

I got this rod and the first time I take it to the river... I ran out of line, only brings like 80 feet of line.Then I took it apart to put in the new line, and the spinning reel brakes apart.Yet, I really like the idea of a folding rod, so I order the Instant Fisherman 2... And the release button brakes right out of the box!this is a very crappy ideas.
