I give this product 100 percent. I use it on a side pump cleaning pools. Getting wet is almost guaranteed so water tight is imperative. Also the rubberized structure makes it highly durable. The previous switch I used was a square metal bob with a breaker like box, the wires coming out were exposing from normal usage movement. I've recommended this to all in my industry. Number 1 product.

I always thought it would be great to have a switch on a heavy duty power cord for outside, but all I could locate were surge protectors until I found this one! It is perfect, short and great to turn my outside lights on and off without unplugging it from the outlet! Very heavy duty!

You know those patio string lights that you’re constantly plugging in and pulling out of the outlet? This gives you a switch to hit, instead. No more hassling with that obnoxious outdoor covered outlet. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is that the head of the cord goes straight in, instead of being at an angle. So the box over the outlet doesn’t close, which makes it a little messy looking. But in amazing solution nonetheless

Heavy duty, durable and perfect for adding an in-line switch between two extension cords.

In my new house, I had two fluorescent light fixtures that did not have switches - you needed to plug or unplug the cord to control the light. I installed a pair of these switches, and they worked like a charm. The switch lights up when the power is on, and seems to be well-built.
