I look after my elderly mum and she suffers from nasty rashes and sores when shes been sitting too long or her clothes chafe. I usually use sudocrem or something similar, which is very thick and although it works well, it does leave a thick white strong smelling residue, which makes my mum quite self conscious. I thought id try this cream as its advertised for rashes and i thought it might be a little less messy than sudocrem. Its reasonable priced as it comes in a pack of 3, and a little goes a long way. Unfortunately i found, that it was very thin and greasy, and when applied to areas that are prone to getting hot and therefore producing a heat rash, my mum found this even more uncomfortable as it gets sticky and feels liquidy. I can confirm that her heat rash did ease a little after using this, but she said she continually wanted to scratch the area as the cream was irritating her. My partner tried this too on a sweat rash he had from the gym, and he also said it made him want to itch the area as it made his rash feel sweaty, but he also said that the rash got better with this cream, so i have no doubt that this works, but due to the thinness of the cream, can be a little irritating to use.

Currently priced at £19.99 at time of review…..You receive 3 large tubes all boxed separateTubes are easy to squeeze cream out…..and cream is very creamy….A little goes a long way…a very slight smell…nothing nasty….Cream feels quite greasy and needs a lot to rub this in….otherwise will just sit on skin….Does feel smooth once rubbed in….I use this as I suffer from itchy skin…and this being an all purpose rash cream does help a bit….Not as good as the cream I get from doctors….I also use this on my elderly mother whom tend to be sitting all day so some of this rubbed into certain areas will hopefully stop any rash or sores….She has not noticed any difference or feeling uncomfortableGood value as you get 3 large tubes….

I usually use sudocrem for most rashes and sores, and this is a great alternative product if you want something a little lighter and easier to apply. The tube makes the cream quite easy to use and less messy. It's easier to get out and feels less dense and thick than when using sudocrem. I've found it's not quite as effective on deeper, rawer sores, but I imagine it works well with rashes and lighter irritations. As someone else said in a review here, it would make a great cream for chaffing when running or cycling. This is a great value pack at £19.99 for three tubes - the tubes are a reasonable size but still quite handy and portable, so could be thrown in a handbag or car glove box for when you're away from home. I'll stick with sudocrem for things that need something a little heftier and more powerful, but this product is a much easier, less-messy alternative for mild wounds and rashes.

This is a very useful multipurpose cream, in a pack of 3. The tubes are compact so can be kept in a bag if needed. I got these to help relieve the soreness from chafing and to provide a barrier when running to prevent further irritation and also following an operation my partner needs to use the bathroom more often and can become very sore very quickly and this works just like other barrier/ nappy creams by providing a layer to take th friction, rather than your already irritated skin.Good quality and a useful pack of 3 which should last a while, recommended.
