Nothing over the counter works for my eczema except this
The smaller bottle is perfect for moisturizing after a shower. I don't feel too clean after using the body wash but that could be all in my head, but I do use it to wash my face. Also, it takes a lot of body wash to wash your whole body.

The best I've tried
I've had moderate eczema my whole life, but as I've gotten older it's gotten much worse. My wrists, hands, and elbows were covered in painful and itchy eczema that would blister and crack. I tried special laundry detergent, fragrance free products, OTC topical steroids, and prescription triamcinolone. The only thing that would even help a LITTLE was the Rx cream, and I had to use it twice a day to see any sort of relief. The body cream combined with the wash have given me lasting relief, and I haven't had to use the cream daily. I just use the wash on the affected areas, and my normal products everywhere else. The cream is so soothing, and didn't burn or sting on my blistered skin. I will NEVER switch up from this stuff. It's been a lifesaver.
