It took me awhile to replace my old cover with this new one. But got it installed and it works great. Instructions are good. Just know it might take you a little longer to take down old and replace with new. But i’m 63 and a little slower and stronger than I used to be.Thanks

Needed a helper to install this and took a couple hours. But now it is on, it works great! Nice and tight and does not flap in the wind. Hoping it will last many years.

Got here faster than expected, installed by myself 14 ft awning. Took me about 2 hours, easy installation looks great

The awning fabric and supports, roller, etc. are all good quality. However I’d suggest going to your local hardware store and buying quality self-tapping screws. The ones provided are low quality and I had three of them break / shear off on me during installation. Directions are a little tough to follow, but definitely understandable. I took my time, so the first awning took me about 4 hours from start to finish. Second awning was about an hour, since I then knew what I was doing.

I would give negative stars if I could.So…in January 2024 my wife and I bought a new travel trailer. It is just right for us, we have no kids so it is only a 20” trailer but it has a slideout so it is very roomy. We love it. My wife noticed that it did not have a slideout cover. This was bad. I did some research and having a slideout cover helps in a number of ways. She has Amazon Prime so we looked up slidout covers there, checked the reviews and selected the Suncode RV slide Topper. This product has 4.5 stars on 160 reviews.I generally look at the 1 and 2 star reviews to access a product and this looked like it was a good selectionWe had it installed by a professional. I am fairly handy, but I wanted this done right. We went on 2 trips, extending and retracting the slideout maybe a dozen times in all. Then as we were extending it, one of the rollar arms broke where it attaches to the topper rollar (see picture). When that happened, it pulled the other mounting plate our of the side of the slideout (see picture). We tied it down to get home.The Amazon ad says ,” contact seller directly for warranty information on this product”. When you google the manufacturer, you get an Amazon page. I was not able to find this company on the web anywhere. So we called Amazon.This resulted in an email exchange. We sent the manufacturer some pictures (the first four in the review). The manufacturer replied that it was an installation error. They could not or would not define what the error was or how they came to their conclusion. They did offer to send the replacement parts for free, but we had to pay $65.00 for shipping from China.I can only assume that they have had this failure several time previously, and know what failed.Our dealer (who did not install the cover) said that it was a part failure in their opinion.We have decided not to throw good money after bad and to get an American product.From the pictures, it was obviously a casting that failed. Please do not waste your money on this product.

Had a problem with my order. Customer service got it sorted out quickly. Great awning. Only problem I had was grey polycord was tight and difficult to install. Otherwise I am very happy.
