Finally have a laptop--a good one!
My laptop no longer works so I had to buy another one. I looked at a couple on a popular shopping tv network, and almost brought another from there--as I have done in the past with favorable results. However, a friend said this is better compared to what I showed them. I was skeptical to purchase this--at such a cost of over 400.00. But I bit the bullet and honestly, it is holding up well. The initial set up was long, so just have patience. I am getting used to using this laptop, as I'm used to using HP, but so far the speed is fine, and everything seems to be great. I hope this laptop lasts me for years. Oh, and speaking of lasting, the battery is pretty good. I like that it states how much time is remaining, vs just the percentage. Lenovo might be my new brand to use. P.S. I heard Lenovo is quite great---medical offices use Lenovo.

worth buying, last long in good condition
I bought this laptop almost two years ago and It works perfectly, still fast, not laggy at all, light weight, the touchscreen works perfectly, if I have one complaint it would be the battery life, you run out of battery after 3-4 hours, you have to always plug it. highly recommend this laptop

Solid basic laptop PC.
This is my 2nd laptop of this make/model, my cat having decided to test how well the first one would withstand being shoved off of a desktop onto a hard floor (it did not fare well). Great battery life, good screen/keyboard, decent speakers, but the camera is 2nd rate. I'm able to edit video on it, surf the web, stream stuff, and do all of my Microsoft Office stuff without any difficulty.

I love my laptop. I purchased it for school, and I must say that it was a great purchase. It has good battery life, light weight, and good quality.

Returning It.
Unfortunately, I am in the process of returning this item. I purchased it during Prime Day sales for homeschooling. The price was great, and shipping was fast but I was not able to actually use the laptopbecause it froze up. I turned it on and set up a password but when I attempted to use it, it froze up. It would not allow me to access the login screen to input my pin. I tried to override it by holding down the power button to turn it off. I waited a min and turned it back on and it froze up again. At that point, I just wanted to reset it to the factory settings and return it but it continued to freeze up. I got frustrated and took a break from tinkering with it. Came back the next day, and to my surprise, it turned on and I was able to access the login screen, open it up and reset it to factory settings. The reset took longer than expected, especially since the only thing I did was set up my home screen pin. Still, it took over 2 hours to "wipe it down"... Once the reset was complete, I boxed up the laptop and started the return process. I wanted to love it but I think may have gotten a lemon. It happens. No biggie. The return process has been a breeze so far. Currently awaiting a pick up from UPS. My refund will be issued once the item is received by the seller.

so far so good
computer looks beautiful so far. I was very concerned about the power plug because poor power plug design can easily lead to failures and breakages... and the power plug seems flimsy and badly designed. I plan to make it work as long as possible anyway. I have it desk mounted for now but I plan to take it on trips when I can. So I will plan to give my opinion at that time for that. So far so good. It took me a few days to get it dialled in to the point where I feel comfortable working with it but it seems good so far.
