I grabbed some of this, intending to make Brazilian Cheese Bread, which I did, and it was wonderful. But it's become my go to thickener for everything else since then.

This flour is very good.I gave it 4* because if I have to invite celiac friends to enjoy something delicious, I wouldn't be able to.Since it is not gluten-free because it is processed together with wheat. It means there is cross contamination.It would be the same if a celiac patient consumed wheat.You have to be very careful.

This is not available in any store any where near me. Thank goodness Amazon has unique products like this at reasonable prices. You can always count on this site to find what you need.
