Q: Bagsfy can the carry bottom be zippered off to throw away?

No. It’s meant to carry an extra battery, I think.

Q: Do the shoulder straps of this oxygen machine backpack fit?

I'm 5'9 and about 145 pounds. fits me fine and I would guess someone much bigger/heavier as well.

Q: Can you change the battery on the machine through the bottom zippered storage area?

No. You can easily change the battery leaving the unit in the bag (on my POC ANYWAY). I store my extra battery in the bottom compartment.

Q: Will it fit the philips simplygo mini?

I don't know. It fit Imogen poc's
