This is the second can of this stuff I buy: I could not speak highly enough of this product. I painted a black chimney white, I painted a brown desk white, and a pair of brown leather boots cream. Admittedly, you have to use a lot of coats if you change a dark color to a light one, but this primer has the particularity that everything sticks to it: it will make certain your top coat will be the color you want. Thanks so much!

This is a great primer. Pretty good coverage, smooth finish, helps block tannins. I only wish it was soap and water clean up.

this sealer will cover knots and anything else and easy to sand, dries quickly. i have used for years.

This product works as expected

I brought this one to diy my ikea table . I can say this stick really well on laminated wood. I dint had to sand and it stuck well. With spray bottle I only did one coat but with roller I had to do 2 coats . I sanded between the coats just a little bit . Other then that it dint need much sanding and the paint stuck so well on it . I brought 2 more cans of these from store later . I would highly recommend this one for any kind of DIY furniture specifically laminated ones. The fumes are a little strong so please wear respiratory mask and safety glasses specially during the spray painting.

I didn’t read the description carefully, and ordered this thinking I was getting a great deal.... but it’s just the small can, a litre, not a regular size paint can of 3.9 litres. My fault for not reading the description properly, but it’s also a complete rip off — you can buy this exact product for literally half the price at any hardware store.... I’m normally pretty careful, but this time I’ve been had with a shamefully overpriced product! I can’t even return it because Amazon won’t accept it back due to the nature of the product.
