Lots of mounts out there to choose from and this one is great! I wanted to upgrade from one of the 'clamp' type mounts that are really flimsy and annoying to jam an ipad into.This mount has a shorter arm so it doesn't bounce or shake, the suction cup also has some kind of light adhesive on it so it's SUPER sticky. The magnet itself is also extremely strong so the iPad doesn't fall off when you hit bumps in the road and the magnets that come with it come with 3m tape that just sticks onto the back of the iPad case really secure.It's super convenient to just put the iPad up and have it magnet to the mount, and to be able to just take it off to stow it away.Really happy with this and looking forward to lots of road trips with my iPad now!

I tried multiple mounts to hang my kids iPads from the sunroof of my new car (they get carsick and this is the only way to keep them entertained and not sick!). Most of them can’t hold the heavy cases we keep them in, but this one with the magnet is PERFECT. We put the magnet right on the case, and the mount is steady and doesn’t shake when hanging from the sunroof! Perfect solution

I was skeptical at first. This little mount is a beast. I have a Galaxy fold 3 and the mounting options are damn near non-existent. I've always been a fan of the magnetic mounts. Unfortunately nothing I was using previously could stand up to the challenge. I use the mount both in my personal and company vehicle, daily. The mount gets attached to all different types of materials; glass, plastics and metal without an issue. If the suction cup gets dirty or it starts to become less sticky just run it under some hot water and it's good as new. I gave it four stars because the metal plate that attaches to your phone doesn't stick very well. The magnets in the mount are so strong that it actually held the metal plate to the magnet and ripped it off my phone when I tried to remove it. I ended up super gluing the metal plate to my phone and have had zero issues since.

This dash mount is great for large heavy tablets. I have an 11.6 inch Lenovo tablet that is quite heavy, but it has not yet fallen once after 2 months, and the adhesive stands up to heat as well. The magnet is quite strong, so I would recommend using one hand to hold the mount and the other to hold the tablet if you need to remove the tablet, lest you break the adhesive from the dash board. Would highly recommend.

This will be the 4th one I bought. I have one in my car, one on my desk, one on the table by my chair in the living room. I use all of the to hold my phone. The one in my car is stuck on a vertical surface, hanging onto to the face of the ashtray. I have had it there for 4-5 years. My phone has NEVER come off the strong magnate. The suction lasts about six months at a time. So I've learned to, 'unlock' the suction (not take it off the area), and push on it after a few months, problem solved.

The adhesive that attaches to the dashboard not only stopped sticking rendering the product useless, but the adhesive residue also damaged my dashboard.Do not purchase this.

It's pretty good just make sure to install the magnet inside the tablet case if it's 13inch or more
