This new range of Biodegradable Urns, or eco friendly urns as they are also known, are made of card and are designed for the storing and scattering of ashes, but can also be used for display and the burial of ashes. These revolutionary, newly designed scattering urns are made from 5mm thick card for super strength, and fully contain the ashes of your loved one until you are ready to scatter the ashes in your place of rememberance. No messy glue is required with our ScatterPods, simply pour the ashes into the pod, then seal them into the urn with our self adhesive lid. Once you're ready to scatter the ashes, simply pull back the tab on the lid to reveal a triangular hole and the ashes are ready to scatter. The scattering hole is as close to the edge as possible to ensure easy scattering. Each pod has been delicately wrapped in a peaceful, high quality, image, which has been designed to be as seamless as possible so the image flows fully around all four sides of the ScatterPod. Full instructions are included with each ScatterPod, although the process of storing and scattering the ashes with a ScatterPod are as simple as they can be! Each Companion ScatterPod is approx. 44.5cm tall, 16.8cm wide and 16.8cm deep (18" x 7" x 7") and has a cubic capacity of 285 cubic inches (4684 cubic centimetres) in each compartment, which is more than enough capacity for the ashes of most adults in each side. A ScatterPod can also be used for the storing and scattering of pet ashes too! As each ScatterPod is biodegradable, they are also suitable for the burial of ashes on land. The Companion ScatterPod features two separate ashes compartments, so they can each be placed in at separate times, then both sets of ashes scattered together, or separately. It will hold two sets of ashes, up to adult size, so can also be used for an adult and pet, or adult and child, two pets etc.
