Turned out fantastic. Really pleased with the racks. Instructions were simple. Came with a template which was helpful once studs were found. Really like how much variance there is in the height. It can hold 16 of the 27 gal totes comfortably on each 4x8 rack. Needed another set of hands when installing each 4x4 platform.

Bought a pair of these to install over my garage door. Arrived later than advertised but no big deal. Packaging was high quality. Boxes arrived without damage to contents. Inside the box, the parts were packed expertly. Although the directions were not "excellent", there was definitely enough information to piece together the proper pieces in the correct order. Key piece of info in the instructions was the spacing and orientation of the drop bars from ceiling mounted rails. All the hardware was in perfect order, just the right number of parts and all high quality. I would definitely buy these again if I ever needed more ceiling-mounted storage. I was able to install all the hardware single-handedly except for the final fitting of the panels to the drop bars--that was a two person job for sure. All in all, very happy with this product!

The system itself is a good storage rack and, properly mounted, can hold a lot of stored items. Not difficult to install. If I had to say one negative thing about the rack, it would be that it's easy to bend some of the metal on the shelf. Not that anything would break or it would not hold the weight advertised; it probably would. I didn't try to put that much weight. However, while loading, I put my body weight on one section, and that area bent. However, overall, it works very well.

On a quest to organize our garage and gain back floor space, we needed a way to take advantage of all the ceiling space above one of our garage doors. We looked at various options and this one seemed like it'd work perfectly! The most challenging part of the project is simply locating the joists in the ceiling (which really has nothing to do with this specific product). Once I mapped out my mounting points, installing the brackets and doing the assembly went very easily. While I wouldn't recommend it, I was able to install the entire thing by myself (a hand near the end would have been helpful! I'm just too lazy to go inside and ask ;-D ). Overall, great value and it's been holding up well thus far with it fully loaded-up.

If you are researching overhead garage storage you can quit right now. These are amazing! Super strong, well made, and look good. Love the flexibility with regard to height adjustment.Installation makes sense and is easier if you watch the video on Amazon. Completed all but the very last step by myself with my wife's aid when attaching floor of unit. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would definitely buy them again and check out any other products this company might have.Thanks!

I ordered the 4' x 8' hanging storage. There is no way this one will hold 750 lb...I put 200 lb of fabric on it and the center started to bow. I had to place a cabinet under it to reinforce the center.Also...it would be good to add that installing this is a two person job...there is no way one person can do it on their own..

Maaaaannnnnnn..... if you've ever put together IKEA furniture, you know what bad instructions are. This product makes IKEA instructions look like awesome. Not all the parts are labeled, there are NO words in the instructions, and the pictures don't really clarify or explain what they are trying to convey. You pretty much have to figure everything out on your own. I've put similar shelving up in previous homes, so I had an idea of what was going on. If you haven't ever put up anything like this, save yourself a ton of headache and spend a few extra bucks to get a unit from Lowe's or Home Depot, the instructions will be much better, and keep your from ripping your hair out, or ripping your ceiling down by hanging this incorrectly.Sturdiness of the unit and quality of the parts is very good, that's why I still gave it 3 stars overall.
