Works well
Absolutely love it! The colors are so fun and the remote makes it very convenient. You can turn there is a dimming feature that if you want the light on but don’t want it quite so bright. Not going to be for you if you want a super high tech tank but I have low light plants like Anubias and Java fern and they do just fine.Wish the lid opening was a bit larger but other than that perfect for my needs!

Beautiful, well thought out.
The media could not be loaded. I really wish I would have gotten the unboxing photo, but with the box included with the tank comes two packs of the rocks, the airpump. And of course, the LED light. Cool note, the airpump and the LED light both plugged into the same outlet plug. So you save a ton of room with that.LED's nice and bright. The bubbling produces this lovely underwater shimmering. The pump is nice and strong, And has already a connector included where you can swap that out with your own bought air valve control. The rocks are similar to like volcanic rock. Lots of pores. They're very beautiful. The décor I bought for I think it was 45% off, is gorgeous. And It fills the tank so well while allowing room for the fish to grow and to move. It's just a gorgeous set up. I will update this when I have done water changes. Or filter changes, but for now, this is a highly impressive piece. This is the 15L or 4 gallon. (I have a 30 gallon on the way. Cause this is just phenomenal.. ) The packaging was excellent. You have everything you need inside of it. I rinsed and sterilized all of everything before I put it in. I used distilled water. I am now doing the water treatment. Which comes with the tank. They give you booklets of instructions. Instructions are well done.I am so impressed. I have never had a fish tank so well designed and thought out before. Watch my video. So pretty.

Asthetic
Only critique is that you really have to use the rocks that come with the tank and the rocks are fairly big. We got 3 guppies and they all hid in the rocks, got stuck and died. Otherwise cute tank.Set up was easy, it was bright and great value for money.

Modern and a great tank!
UPDATE!!!On my black and red tank I used a big round black filter sponge that I cut a hole in for the original filter, then place my big black rocks over and around it. This tank has been running for 3 weeks now and seems to keep good bacteria better than the media that comes with the tank. I have also cut down the bubble tube to around 2” tall. It’s still functional and not an eye sore.First ReviewI love the biorb tanks. However I will say I have done some simple 5minute modifications. First off I cut some plastic sewing sheets(Walmart or hobby lobby) into a 1/2”x12”strip and zip tied it to make a ring. I placed that around the bottom of the filter so I can put better/smaller substrate in the tank. Secondly I put an airflow cut off valve(Amazon) in the air hose to adjust flow and for feeding as I have bettas. And Third the media that comes with it is way to big before opening the bag I take a hammer and smash it into smaller but still decent size pieces then rinse them well. I only use a 1/4 or 1/2 bag depending on how I want it to look. Then add my rocks on top. Also I do cut down the air pipe down to 3” as it’s still functional on filter changes and not as much of an eye sore either. They filter amazingly this way. I do 1/4 water changes every week and every 5weeks I change the filters. And they aren’t terrible dirty either. Also there are plenty of generic filters out there or make your own.. Decor wise the tank opening is 4 1/2” so any decor that’s 4 1/4” or less will fit through the top. Biorb decor is to expensive. The 10w mini heaters are perfect for these tanks as well. I have one - two live plants in all three biorb tanks and one I have fully planted that I’m experimenting with, and haven’t had any algae problems yet but I do put in algae control once every two weeks. These tanks are absolutely beautiful and very easy to take care of. I do add a black or white vinyl to the backs. Photos are the steps that I take when setting these up.

If I could give it no stars I would.
Very tiny.Horrible set up and small opening for hand to go through can’t imagine trying to clean when could barely get my hand through hole into aquarium. I bought the five gallons and the center filtration makes it even smaller space. Not a place for any fish to be in not enough room for a small fish need at least 5 gallons to swim in.Was in love with the beautiful sleek clean look and wanted to purchase one for years. Once did so there a quite a bit of issues other then insides being smaller then described. Not easy to put together. The way the filtration works isn’t great, hard to clean and use or decorate to fit items through the tiny hole into tank. Also come with very very sharp rocks that can very easy cut your fish or betta. Directions are almost non existent and you have to jump through hoops to find them. Picture drawing are not great either. Had a hard time and everything was bad on it the charcoal was broken to much to even use nothing fit right into each other I returned it and bought a basic aqueon tank. Not pretty but functional in every way.
