Love everything James does!

Not worth the money
The key messages can be summed up in a few pages. It is dull, not very well structured and not very helpful. It is a shame because I had really high expectations.

What a shame!
I bought this book last night, and have been wanting to for a while as it’s not cheap. And I really regret getting it, as no one has taken the time to fix the text on the pages. Font is too big, you have like 10 words on a page. Makes it really hard to even follow what you reading. What a disappointment!

Not Kindle friendly and not reader friendly
Kindle format needs to be sorted. Same for his new book too. Not good and a real shame

Long and meandering
Not really a fix but a prolonged explanation of how obesity became an epidemic. The small amount of content that did discuss a ‘fix’ could have been summed up in four words: Eat better, move more.A lot of analysis of various research projects makes it a very long, dry, dull and ultimately not very helpful read.

Terrible Formatting
Long, meandering, poorly written sentences and paragraphs. No clear structure. And the font is ENORMOUS, regardless of how small you set it on the Kindle App.Disappointing.

Not worth the money
Bought the paperback version. It's probably the thinnest book I've ever held, the text is massive and the spacing between the lines are huge, which tells you there's not much content. There are many punctuation and grammatical errors that I've noticed and I'm a dyslexic. Not worth £25.

A open mind can lead to excellent results.
A difficult concept to accept for many people is to go against advice on nutrition that we have been told for years but to read this book with an open mind and to see the results for yourself might lead to a longer happier and healthier life. The book is written in a manner that everyone can understand and I can honestly say I have benefitted from it. For anyone already aware of the works of the fantastic Jason Fung then this is a natural addition and reinforces the new wave of advice which is more and more being backed up by science and results.
