Really works well
I had been using an alcohol lamp which has a live flame and could be knocked over and start a fire. Also have a bunch of kitties that could knock it over. This one is much safer and the temperature can be controlled and regulated for exactly the type of wax I am using.

Not hot enough
It seems like a decent machine but it does not get hot enough for my needs. I carve jewelry wax and this does not get nearly hot enough for working with harder waxes like Wolf wax. It is only good for lighter work , as it cools quickly once touched to the wax

After 6 months they stop working
The media could not be loaded. Don’t buy these I’ve invested in 7 total and they keep not working after 6 months all 7 don’t work now they’re garbage

The wands are cheap.
One of the 2 wands they send has poor wiring inside. Won't heat up.
