I don't usually post reviews, but this needs to be said. When I first saw the bag I felt in Love with it and I wasn't even on the hunt for a new diaper bag lol... not only does it look very fashionable and doesn't event look like a diaper bag, the colors are beautiful, the colors can literally match every single outfit. I absolutely love that you can carry it in so many different ways, as a hand bag, backpack and messenger bag. The stroller straps are an extra feature that I just love love love, no need to hide your bag under the stroller or have to put it on, I have 2 girls ages 5 and 2 and one more girl on the way due Feb. so all the room and inside and outside pockets are great for storage. I was planning to use it once the new baby is here but I couldn't wait and stared using it now. I had one of the outside pockets come defective on my bag and I contacted the seller directly and the immediately fix the issued and send a new bag my way as well as the return label for the bag. Customer service is amazing, my only suggestion or problem with the bag is the backpack straps, I used the bag this week and I feel the straps are just way to long on me. I'm 5.3 and the bag hangs very low on back if I use the two straps I haven't use only one strap as a backpack but I'm going to try it and see if that helps. other then that I very pleased with the customer service as well as my new diaper bag. I will definitely recommend it to any other moms that want to look fashionable and still have to take care of all the kids needs.

This was bought as a baby shower gift for me and so far I have zero complaints. It seems to be great quality, of course I haven’t actually used it much as my baby isn’t here just yet. But it is extremely spacious without being bulky, I have quite a few things packed in it for my daughter when we stay at the hospital and there is still a ton of room inside. Lots of pockets and the changing pad that’s included is awesome. Such a cute diaper bag. Highly recommend!Also, I had a problem with the first bag I received. It was missing the included changing pad. I contacted amazon about it and they immediately sent a replacement bag. Amazing customer service!

I am obsessed with this bag. It is almost too beautiful :) The hardware and fabric on the bag are gorgeous. The coffee and cream print is everything and I get compliments on it all the time! You definitely get what you pay for. I did a lot of research on this bag before purchasing and one of the only negatives that I read about it was the seat belt straps that come with it to make it a backpack style bag were too long. I am 5'4 and I would have to agree. However, there are many different ways to make the straps work. I came up with one of my own by crossing the straps and if you watch the Sensible Mama on youtube she can give you a work around for the straps as well. It is definitely not a deal breaker for me since I plan on carrying mostly messenger style. I also like the fact that the tote straps are removable as well. The bag is very spacious on the inside and has tons of pockets and compartments for storage. It comes with the most adorable changing mat too. There are 2 insulated bottle pockets on the outside as well. The bottom of the bag is genius! It is covered in rubber so you don't have to worry about damaging it whenever you sit it down. Overall I am very pleased with the bag. It is a little more expensive than a regular "diaper bag", but like I said earlier you get what you pay for and this isn't your ordinary "diaper bag". I am used to carrying designer bags so I didn't want my diaper bag to be any different. I am so happy I went with the Itzy Ritzy Triple Threat! It can definitely hold it's own against some of my designer bags!

I love this bag! I researched diaper bags for a straight week trying to find one that had all the features I wanted/needed. Once I saw this company and their bags I knew this was the one for me. I love the insulated side pockets and the magnetic closures on the front pockets. The inside of the bag is lined with several different sized and styled pockets. It's the perfect bag for pouch packers and non-pouch packers alike.It has 3 different carrying styles: messenger bag, backpack and tote style. I prefer the messenger and backpack style. One dislike is that the straps are too long (even when tightened as far as allowed) so when worn backpack style it hangs too low on me. I'm 5'3" for reference. There are ways to work around it though (YouTube has videos).All around this bag has fit all my needs and is stylish as well, so what more could you want?!?!

I wanted to love it. It’s super cute. But the cuteness isn’t worth the price tag. I bought this bag because it was large and I’m about to have 2 under two so I was upgrading my diaper backpack to something I thought was larger. Well it honestly fits the same things a standard diaper backpack would fit. It’s really heavy so it’s really uncomfortable To carry too. I also bought this bag because of the many ways to wear it. Well the backpack straps are so uncomfortable with the weight of the bag and the placement of the straps it sits funny on my back. Had to return it. Super disappointed.

This is a great bag! The quality is impressive for being vegan leather!!I’m a social worker and I work in foster care so I am on the go a lot and it’s great to keep any and everything I may need on my adventures!Some highlights for me are the insulated pockets which are great for my water bottle and the bottom of this bag is rubber and being in and out of client homes, court, etc I love That I can easily and quickly wipe the bottom and disinfect it without worrying about what it would do to the bag.Also the options! I can wear it as a tote (I still Use the crossbody strap on its shortest setting since I’m a curvier girl), a crossbody, or a backpack!This is a bag that’s great to have now for someone who loves a bigger bag with ORGANIZED storage and versatility and quality and it can grow with you as a diaper bag when you do have a baby!
