It says pack of 24. There were only 9 in my pack, and one of them is broken. I ended up placing a second order, and the second pack I paid for was exactly as pictured.

The media could not be loaded. Great value for your money. The glitter on crowns did not rub off into the cupcakes. Not too tall for to-go wrapper or boxes. Perfect! None arrived broken. Would definitely recommend!
